Food: Couvert (fish escabeche): one of the best couverts at Morumbi Shopping. Escabeche is slightly seasoned and tender, and pickled onions and carrots are slightly sweet with a touch of vinegar. That paired up with a basket of freshly baked mini French rolls is pretty awesome. Tranche Hungaro: Generous chunks of sea bass, slowly cooked in crème, sweet paprika, and other spices, along with potatoes. Dish is cooked and served inside a clay pot. This serving feeds easily two people. Filet de Linguado Grelhado: Grilled sole fish, lightly seasoned with fresh herbs, served a lime wedge, and sautéed potatoes.
