Freaked me out. Never in my life have I had that experience and of course stylist had a lot of excuses. I hear this salon is changing their name and doing a rebrand hmmmm makes me wonder why. Update: spoke with another stylist and was told that since the other stylist applied gloss and toner and basically kept rubbing it into my hair like shampoo it caused the matting.. never had a stylist continuously rub toner in my hair, usually they put it in and let it sit then wash out.
