They made a mistake and had us down for 12:50 so we had to wait. We were each take to a room and left there with no instruction. Rooms are dumpy and sparse. All of us had our doors left open for at least half the massage, despite being completely undressed. The lady doing my massage was chomping on gum, and was in and out 6 times as she was also working the front desk. Each time it was some random guy coming in looking for a last minute massage in the middle of the work day. She would then talk to the other workers about the client, even while working on our backs. One was answering phone calls on his cell during the massage. We asked ahead of time if they accepted cards and were told they did. Turns out they would only accept debit cards. They also asked how much you wanted to tip and would only let you tip in $10 increments. This place needs to be shut down.
