We went to coconut cove today and I was not impressed. It was very dirty. Grime everywhere, washers/nuts on the ground in the play area, the little foam blocks were missing the part that actually connects (ripped or bitten off), and the play balls we're grey with grime. I know kids are tough on things, but it was dirty and it's not safe to have screws or washers or nuts laying on the ground. I appreciated that adults are free and the snacks are affordable, but we wouldn't be back. read more

As a very sensitive person spiritually, the vibe and energy of this place did not sit well with me or my husband and friend. I felt sick the entire time I was there, once I left the property it's like my soul could finally breathe and I felt better within 5 minutes. This place is super tiny too. The prices on their tvs for food and drinks are wrong as we got charged more than what was advertised on the screen even after we told the lady that it's cheaper on the screen and got a reply of "oh well we haven't changed it yet".... Coconut Cove is a great place to take young kids! It is a little bit tricky to find this location but the GPS will take you right there. There is some parking right in front of it but sometimes on busy days it's really hard to find a parking spot. There are a lot of fun different places for kids to play. Most kids really like the long red and yellow slide the most. There is a kiddie area for little kids. But it's not very big. You cannot bring in your own food or snacks so that's a little frustrating even though I can understand why they wouldn't let you. But they will let you bring in your own water. It would be nice if they made the floor outside of the play area not so slippery. It's easy to slip on especially as kids only have socks on. Overall, it's a really fun indoor place for kids! We brought our two one year olds and only utilized the play area for 0-3 year olds. However we could see there were other areas to run around for older kids (ages 3-12). Our kids loved playing on the cushioned multicolored stairs and slides. They also have things to spin and bigger slides. Their prices are $5 for kids ages 0-2 and $8.50 for kids 2-12 yr. old. However it said younger child is free with paid sibling so we only paid $5 plus tax for our twins. No shoes or bare feet allowed. They offer party deals but no storage for parties. They don't allow outside food. We enjoyed it but if you have an active two year old they may get bored since they are sort of restricted to one small area. read more

Coconut cove is a fun play area for kids. It has multiple slides (from small to large). There is also trampolines for kids to jump on. It's a fun jungle gym kind of place for kids to explore and run around. The little kids love the ball blowing area in the back. They have party room areas in the back. You can only wear socks on the structure but there are cubbies to put shoes and belongings. Kids 0-3 are only $5 and I think it is worth it. I do feel though you have to follow them around because some areas are too "big" for them. I would say it's a perfect place for about 5 years. read more

Lots of fun for the kiddos. If you have any Blippi fans, this is similar to the play places he has on his show. They make you sign an injury waiver before your kids can play. Make sure they're careful on the long slide toward the front- they can get going pretty fast! I had a grandkid go to the urgent care because he slid down on the belly face first and slammed against the railing cutting himself above the eye. The actual play ground is very nice!! However I do have some serious reservation and difficulty with policy. It violates your constitutional right to privacy. The lady at the counter stated that the owner is an attorney, which means absolutely nothing to me, even if he was Jesus Christ! You have to sign in children's names and birthdates and your name and your information before you can actually take your children into play. This ruins the whole experience. I am definitely not going to back, I suggest everyone look into this further. You don't need to give your children's names and birthdates for safety issue. The parents can sign a waiver at walk in time. I find it highly ridiculous they want such personal information from you before children can play. I hope the attorney is reading this review. This place is absolutely ridiculously fun. My kids have been here a dozen times and loved it. There's a nice little place for the toddlers to play and giant areas for the big kids to play. 3 and under is free which makes it nice. All the equipment seems really clean. I can't get my kids to leave. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars because parking sucked. And it's on a Friday. I could imagine what it's like during the week when the business is around it are open. There is plenty of seating against the wall so you can sit anywhere watching kids. The other nice thing about it is it's tall enough that if you need to go help your kid or can't find your kid you can go in it as an adult.. We will be back again and again read more

This is one of our favorite places to take our kids to get their energy out and have fun. The price is great! $5 and kids under 2 are free with paying sibling. They recently added some more fun features to the toddler area and a sit and spin ride for older kids. The climbing gym is huge and large enough for adults to go and play alongside their kids. The best part is that is is so clean!!! I've been here multiple times and I have seen the workers go inside and clean often and it shows. Your socks don't turn black after playing like most other climbing gyms. It has trampolines, a ball gun area and so many fun slides. Pretty simple concept, pretty simple win. I find that the more time I can get my kiddos to run around the happier we both are :) Coconut Cove is designed to enable that. You pay, you enter, you relax, they run. I appreciated the soft benches, easy chairs, sofa, and bistro sets. They even have massage chairs, which I didn't indulge in. The easy chairs and sofa were limited so it was a first-come-first serve type deal. The benches weren't anything to complain about, though. I didn't have any major concerns, though I did worry about kids running (including my own...), in stocking feet, on the smooth, hard flooring. That seems like a real recipe for disaster. Otherwise the setup seems pretty sweet. While I'm happily living out of state, I'll definitely keep Coconut Cove in mind for our next visit. read more

Had my daughter's birthdays here in the party room. The amount you pay for an hour and a half is fair, but you can't bring any outside food so we had ordered pizza thru them about $10 a pizza (it said large, but they were medium sized). The kids loved the playground area and still are talking about it to this day. A worker had rudely interrupted our party by yelling how much time we had left before it was time for us to leave the party room (hence the 3 stars). So we moved our party up to the front area since you can stay for as long as you want after the 1.5 hours is done in the party room. read more

We had our twin girls birthday party here! They had an absolute BLAST! I was shocked to see how much they fit into the play area! ThEy could have stayed the entire day and then some! The good, A fun place for the kids. The kids went wild, it's very safe and they all had a blast. You can see them really easily. It was loud, but what would you expect? They had easy to find bathrooms, good space for parents to sit and chill. The bad, After the pizza was 45 mins late and i asked a second time, I was told the staff from the night before who was supposed to call in our Pizza order forgot to do it. It was supposed to arrive at 5:00, and at 6:00 we got the pizza. Then we had ordered FIVE PIZZAS and only got two. When I asked the staff what were our options to fix the issue they had no idea, which is fine really. After they called the owner we were told our choices were; we could buy their snacks (ex 1$ for a can of Coke) or we could go get our own pizza. It would have been nice to bring our own pizza to start with when you consider the cost and the timing, but no outside food is allowed, unless they mess up I guess. So I drove to Little Caesar's. It was 2 miles away and cost 10$, much better deal. So for the kids to get a second slice of pizza they had to wait another 30 mins after being an hour late to begin with, and I missed my son opening his presents on his 8th birthday. Kind of a disappointment. When you book places like this it's so they can take away the stress and planning of a birthday party. They didn't do this and didn't even try to make it right with us. If they had even offered anything to fix the problem. The Worst, 30 mins after we were there my 5 year old came by and I noticed a brown mark on her dress. It was poop. She is potty trained (duh) and it wasn't on her dress when we got there, so figure this one out yourself. read more

This place was pretty cool. Probably the best indoor playground for kids that I have seen in Utah. I wouldn't classify it as a bounce house because they have all different kinds of slides, and they do not have inflatable structures. I took my son and his cousins a few weeks ago and they loved it. My son is 2 and his cousins 4 & 6. They had a BLAST! The price was relatively cheap, just under $10 for unlimited play time. From sliding, to running/chasing, climbing up and navigating the obstacles, to the ball pit. It was really fun and it got them really tired! (My parents know how key that is lol). I was even able to slide down some slides myself and accompany my little one in case he took a tumble or wasn't able to fully navigate everything. On a side note, they have some pretty decent snack and juice options for both parents and kids alike, so that was nice too. As a heads up, your map may or may not be able to locate this place the first time. I was using the one on my iPhone and it took me in a circle, but I eventually found it by using logic lol. read more

My kid did love this place, as a 17 month old, he was in there with the young kids 0-3, and older kids kept going in there and throwing the toys around and one kid who had to be like 7, was punching the sumo guy and he picked it up and threw it and it freakin hit my kid!! They need an employee over there to monitor and keep the big kids out! Not ok in my opinion, my kid should be safe with the other little kids without having to worry about getting knocked over. Awesome place! Took my nieces here a few days ago and couldn't get them to leave. Lots of stuff for the kids to do and plenty of super comfy seating for the adults. Everything is super clean and you can tell that the management takes care in disinfecting and maintaining everything. There's a great toddler area for kids under 3 with lots of toys and completely separate from the area where the older kids would be running around. The favorite definitely seems to be the ball shooters and the really fast slides, but there's something for everyone to do. It also looks like they have great snacks and a nice eating area. Socks are required, but they do sell them for a cheap price if you don't have them. The kids had a lot of fun and were super excited to tell their mom all about it. Not a fan of the ball shooter place, my daughter got hit in the eye by an older girl probably 8 years old that kept aiming at her, after she hit her in the eye she laughed and ran off before I could scold her. They should have a policy about older children being bullies. The staff isn't really involved unless you complain. 2 older kids were taking the balls into the trampoline area so the little kids wouldn't be able to use them, wish they lowered the age limit! Bathroom could be refreshed every hour, it always smells like poopy diapers. If outside food isn't allowed, it would be nice to have options like pizza instead of $1 Quaker granola bars. read more

I recently moved from Washington State. Due to excessive rain we are very familiar with a multitude of indoor playgrounds like Coconut Cove. I was extremely pleased with the entire facility. This location is spotless from entry, bathrooms, and playplace. The abundance of comfortable available seating was such a pleasure. You have complete 360 degree view access of the play facility with seating lining major view points. Plus the price was just right. They keep the building extra cool which I was happy to see because over heating can be common at these types of places with little ones. We will be returning. The facility is really nice. The play structure is huge and includes a trampoline, ball guns, and several slides. However, the cashiers at the front are very rude. I had trouble navigating through the waiver form and one of the cashiers told me "it works just like a regular PC"--I told her that I had a Mac and maybe that would make it easier for people to use. The same cashier then came and yelled at my for not having socks on (which she didn't tell us when we paid that that was necessary). My nephew burst into tears. The cashiers need to adopt a friendlier, more customer oriented attitude or many people won't want to pay the $8.50 per kid to come back. read more

We have loved going to coconut cove for several years now, however their new manager has made it so we won't be coming back again. I am pregnant, and need to drink water in order to keep myself and my baby healthy, but because I brought my water in a cup with a lid and a straw instead of a water bottle I wasn't aloud to bring it into the sitting area. In the past they have had signs posted about no outside food or drinks, but this was always a recommendation not a rule. We would bring in giant fast food bags, snack bags, the works and eat lunch at the tables and play. The new manager is now enforcing that no food be aloud in the building. Well except for the over priced snacks and drinks they sell. For a place designed for little kids and toddlers it's making it very hard for moms to stay and play for an extended period of time, but I guess that's the point now. Get more people in and out and make more money. On top of that the manager was rude, and unwilling to compromise. It seems like the fun kid friendly place we loved to come for play group, weekends, and more is gone. All they care about is making money by forcing parents out quicker and forcing us to buy their snacks for our hungry kids. My kids absolutely love Coconut Cove! We've been several times and they still always have lots of fun! It's very clean and the staff I've interacted with have all been very friendly and professional. Socks are required but this is obviously to help keep the play ground nice and clean. We have gotten to where we always have several pairs in the car in case we decide to go. Their price for birthday parties is unmatched!! Signing a waiver is also required but all extreme sports or recreational facilities require waivers, even our cities do when our kids participate in city sports. It's just part of the game!
