Told me that my spine was out of alignment and that they needed some sessions to fully realign it. Put me on the table and did their magic. Some chiropractors require x-rays or other things before they are willing to treat, not this doctor. He's really good, and friendly, and helpful. He'll tell you what you really need, which is not necessarily what makes him the most money. When my sister is hurting, this is the first place she goes. She also loves him. I go before starting an exercise program because I want to know things are in the correct place before strengthening the muscles around the bones. We also like that there are no appointments, you just show up and always get in, although you might wait a bit if there are people in front of you. They take many insurances, but not Medicaid.

I am really starting to feel the whole "I'm getting old" thing, so this type of massage feels more therapeutic than pure relaxation. I elected to try the 10 min acupressure neck/shoulder massage for $12 and it helped to release some of my shoulder strain that I've been feeling. I also tried the 30 min foot reflexology massage - they definitely use strong hands and got some good relief on my calf muscles. They also give you water and a towel to cover your face so that you don't have to awkwardly sit there and watch them. They have a range of options, anywhere from 10-60 min for neck/shoulder, foot, or full body. No need to make appointments - walk-in is fine. I'll definitely be back if I need a massage!
