i was looking to convert my garage to a ADU for my mother at my rental property. I contacted several companies including Code Construction. when I called they advise me that they do not service my zip in Bakersfield they only service zip codes 93311 or 93312. I asked why and they advice me "they just don't." seem very limited and short sided and I was put off. Thankfully other general contractors did service my area. I did an earlier reviewed and was removed due to my lack of explanation. I received a call from this company as soon they saw my prior review and try to back paddle on their earlier statements. So I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I had the initial consultation and it was very brief and almost forced.
