The staff was absolutely incredible and took care of everything. It was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy my daughters birthday without the stress. They really made her feel special, and her little party guests couldn't get over how great the facility was. We love our classes, and we often have a choice between two or three times in any given week (the class times change by season), and there's always at least one in the evenings, and one during the day, so there's plenty of variety. There is a one-time membership fee, but it's good for life per household (so I paid it once for my daughter, and it's good for my son and any subsequent children). Classes come out to about $70ish per month for one weekly class, and one "practice and play" (which is essentially open gym time with no structured class). There is no drop in rate, which helps keep classes consistent. If you have to miss a class because of sickness or a schedule conflict they give you a make-up class in your online account that you can schedule at your leisure. I tell everyone I know about My Gym and how much we love it there. The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean, and my kids love going!

We were invited to a birthday party here a few months ago, and instantly my son KNEW this is where his party would be. I booked it then and there before even leaving, which is out of character for me because I am a professional last minute planner, and party planning avoider. She already had a nice list of party themes that she supports, but my son is 100% Lego obsessed and when we mentioned that she said she will provide everything for that theme so she can now offer it to others. The sense of relief I felt, knowing that most of the party planning and setting up would be out of my hands was a fantastic feeling. She was great with communication with me throughout the next few months, even being willing to adjust the date and time based on the response of our guest list. And then when I dropped another change in her lap, she had no issue adjusting and making sure we would have the best party. My now 12 year old and 9 year old have birthdays 3 days apart, and for a while my daughter wanted her own party--but a few weeks before the party, she said she wouldn't mind combining with her brother if we added a Twenty One Pilots theme. Since Lego was already taken care of, I offered to bring a few things to add in a Twenty One Pilots theme and I dropped it off with her. The only thing I had to worry about was food and drinks. She supplies, sets up, and cleans up everything else... I mean, LITERALLY everything! Even when I arrived with food, she was quick to offer help setting up and doing anything that could help me out. When I arrived, everything was set up beautifully. I didn't have to worry about it or lift a finger. She takes song requests from the party to play, which of course we requested a lot of Twenty One Pilots songs. There is free play for the kiddos-- bounce houses, air hockey, foosball, table checkers, backyard Jenga, basketball, and lots of other free play things to do that do not involve electronics! She takes the lead of the party, even adding in fun games with total nostalgia like Limbo, Musical Chairs, and Hacky Sack Race. It seriously reminded me of a party I would have had in the 90s, and that is what I love about it! Simple fun for literally all ages... even the adults! It took me by surprise when she offered to host an adult game, but our participants were willing to try it out and we all had a blast playing Musical Chairs with a twist of Scavenger Hunt! The way she was able to include us all, do all of the set up and tear down, and take the most stress off of the parent was beyond appreciated. Our guests at the party had the same reaction as I did the first time- utter amazement, wondering how they hadn't heard of it before, and wanting more information about ways to support this little business. Honestly, I fully expect this business to flourish and grow. It's so unique and there is absolutely a need for it. Just old school, simple fun. Plates, napkins, plasticware, and decorations were all included, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. Jeni, the owner, was incredible. Not only did she handle all the setup and cleanup, but she was so involved throughout the entire party. She kept the kids engaged by running games like limbo, acted as the DJ playing fun, kid-friendly music, helped serve food and drinks, and even managed the piñata. She was so friendly, helpful, and energetic--the kids absolutely loved interacting with her. We also had so many parents come up to us during and after the party to say how great the venue was and how wonderful everything turned out. When we were done with the party, we realized that there was a larger array of color options in the main studio and that the paint brushes and everything were better quality. It was upsetting to find out that we were not provided with an option to use any of those colors or items even though we were spending our money the same as everyone else. I expressed my disappointment in an email, hoping that in the future they would let others know. However, I feel like the management was very unprofessional and rude when I brought this to their attention. Attached are screenshots of our conversation. I was unable to get a screenshot of the first email sent as it was through their online contact form on their page, which I did not receive a copy of. I felt like I they were very dismissive of my concern and failed to address the problem. They still don't seem to understand what the problem is. After speaking with others regarding this location, we will not be visiting here anymore. But we have heard wonderful things about the Harrisburg location and will visit that location in the future.

They should invest in more padding since little ones are running around. You can't bring in your own food, and the owners young kids were running the snack bar. I am knocking them down a star because they charge you for the box to take it home in. Sure, it's only 95-cents but come on. That should be included in the price of making the stuffed animal.
