Course was mostly the instructor - Amber - bad mouthing the other company in town that teaches ACLS. Most importantly!!! I NEVER GOT A CARD!!! After leaving 5 voice messages and sending several e mails bordering on BEGGING for my card... they have never contacted me back. I have heard from several people that they did not get cards either. I have been a RN for over 20 years and never have I had such a lack of regard for a client. My certification was due to expire and instead of taking a two hour class, I emailed Amber and she initially emailed me other options and times to do a skills check but NEVER got back to me to schedule it. I called, I emailed and even stopped by to no avail. I had to take the class. The class was very crowded also with one instructor to 21 participants. Amber promised we would get emailed our renewal BLS card as well as a hard copy and I again contacted her to no avail since I didn't receive my card until after the new year and I was expired. Not a great way to run a business. I will use other resources next time. Also, this instructor spends alot of time bragging about her skills and how good she gets along with the doctors. Honestly, with 35 years EMS experience, this is the worst training and worst follow up that I have ever taken part in. I will not ever use their services again, and I would suggest that any one living in the Central Oregon region use a more professional organization. I will be addressing this with the AHA because I do not think they are up to AHA standard. read more

It is impossible to reach this organization, they will take your registration and payment but no one was at the location to teach the class. I called several times to confirm date & time, left several messages, and emailed, however, I have still not heard back 4 days after the class was supposed to happen. I have had to file a dispute with the credit card company because no one will call me back from Code Ready. Save yourself an enormous headache and just go with Red Cross. read more

Worst service we have ever had!! We had them come out to our office and teach a CPR class over 2 months ago and still have not received our CPR cards. I have called 5 times and they have not called me back at all. If you are looking for a timely and efficient group I suggest you look elsewhere! read more

I spent $45 to enroll in a BLS class with Code Ready. I was given the key for the wrong level online class, prehospital instead of BLS for hospital providers. I then independently purchased the correct online class from AHA. When I showed up for the skills portion at an unmarked site that the provider told me to go to, I waited a half an hour and no one showed up. I called her several times, left messages and e-mailed, but there was no response. I had to sign up for another class in Vancouver, WA for another $40. I feel that I was totally ripped off and my money was stolen. I'm going to try to stop payment tomorrow. read more

I took an ACLS, PALS, and BLS CPR class with this organization through the fire deparment in which I was volunteering for at the time. These classes took place 9 months ago, in late January and early February. I ended recieving one of my certification cards, however, I still to this date never ended up getting my ACLS or CPR card. I have sent many emails, called many times, left voicemails, and even got the chance to speak with a nice girl who seemed at the time very apologetic and helpful. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I luckily had these classes paid for by the fire department. Had I paid the couple hundred dollars myself I'd be reporting this organization to the better business bureau. I recommend you go else where. read more
