As a lawyer, we are inundated with marketing agencies promoting results to take your money and proffer excuses, given the attitude and non-professionalism at this company; I believe that is the likely outcome of any engagement. I can't emphasize the rudeness and lack of professionalism at this company. This is obviously indicative of their corporate ethos.

After having a very traumatic experience with another website developer (who ran over a month past…read morethe deadline, made it impossible for me to change myself without knowing CSS code, and my website still had several major compatibility issues after he finished), I was nervous about hiring another website developer to fix all of the problems that the first guy created. I was so lucky to have found Jeff at Attorney Sync. Jeff's partner, Gyi, gave a presentation at my legal incubator program. From what I gathered from the presentation, Attorney Sync, seemed to be primarily focused on high end websites for big personal injury law firms that can pay for expensive websites. I didn't consider them to fix my website because I thought I couldn't afford them, as a solo practice attorney just starting out. I had such a hard time finding someone and because I kept asking Gyi questions about how to fix it myself, he introduced me to Jeff. Jeff was such a life saver. Not only did he fix my website, he redid the whole thing, which was not in the contract. He gave me a premium theme and kept everything very affordable, at a flat fee, which was hard to find. Jeff was very pleasant to work with and patient; I had quite a few unexpected matters arise that delayed my response time, but that never annoyed Jeff. He answered all of my questions and was not upset when I asked for small additional adjustments not in our original agreement, unlike my last website developer. My first developer was in Normal, IL, so everything was done electronically by e-mail. Although Jeff and I communicated primarily by e-mail, Jeff had me come to their office twice to discuss the website. It was nice to have this face to face interactions because some things are easier to communicate in person, especially when it is visual and takes a lot of typing to describe, versus just pointing. Jeff was also very receptive to my ideas and unexpected changes along the way, which I immensely appreciated. He also made the website accessible for people with visual impairments, which was important for me since I'm practicing disability law and have a physical disability myself. I am incredibly happy with Jeff's finished product. He was willing to make the small changes I wanted and taught me how to make the changes to my contact information I may need to update in the future, in a manner in which I could easily understand (no coding needed). I haven't had problems with the website since it was finished. I would definitely recommend Jeff and will use him again. I would encourage all different attorneys and even non-attorneys to consider using Attorney Sync for their website needs, especially since Jeff and Gyi provide individually tailored services at different price ranges and pricing options. I know that they moved to another office, so I'm not sure about the wheelchair accessibility, but I think Jeff said it was accessible.
