It's great working with Web 312. I was introduced to Josh from Web 312 over 2 years ago. He provided a quick fix solution to our website, which was a disaster to begin with. He helped us out when we didn't have much of a budget and created a bit of functionality to our site. Then last year, we chose to upgrade the event page on our site to include fields and gather information. Web 312 delivered this feature quickly and with perfect accuracy. When you build a 7,000+ page database website it matters who you select to do the work because you're going to be at it for several months. End product is OK, something's missing on customer service side. Delayed responses. Poor communication. Lack of follow through with more detailed requests for changes. I contracted with Web312 over a year ago and still don't have my site. On top of that, Josh Singer refuses to return my calls or emails. While he took the time in the beginning and made me feel like they would do a great job, it quickly faded when I wanted to go a different direction than his creative director. It was an uphill battle getting my ideas heard. Then he simple stopped returning my calls. After calling and emailing dozens of times without a response, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They told me he never responded to them either. In my opinion, Josh Singer and Web312 lack professional integrity. I would be wary of doing business with them. read more
