I mentioned 3 times that I am very unfamiliar with the bankruptcy process as it just got mentioned to me as an option after going through a high conflict divorce with an AMAZING attorney-so I'm familiar and used to high quality service. They communicated with me throughout the process about the time and the amount of work involved, which I really appreciated. As someone who normally does all the deep cleaning myself, I know how exhausting and physically demanding it is. It meant so much to finally get help tackling the areas I'm usually too tired to fully get to. My doors, baseboards, blinds, floors, railings, showers, and so many other details now look sparkling clean.
