I was so impressed with this office and highly recommend. I was visiting from another state and had a reoccurring Bartholins Gland Cyst return shortly into my vacation. In agony, I began calling OBGYN offices and not one had availability to see me or it seemed did not want to take a new/ visiting patient. They all referred me to urgent care, which would not complete the necessary procedure and thus referred me to the ER. But, Henneberg's women's clinic suite 201 took me in. The friendly office staff thankfully asked their most amazing and competent ARNP, Jessica Brown, and she opened her schedule for me to be seen. Jess and her nurse, Kim, were fantastic! I am Beyond words of grateful expression when I think of them- their kind and friendly manner matched their competence. A Bartholins cyst is extremely painful to remove and Jess is the best at doing so- better than my OBGYN at home I. California. She performed the procedure to add a catheter and the office was so kind to me as I departed. Nurse Kim and Jess both followed up with phone calls and coordinating a marsupializaton on their busy calendar while I was still in town. If I lived in Coeur d Alene, they would be my primary! The worst! If you like invasive and painful procedures with no follow-thru regarding your results (for endometrial cancer no less!), this place is for you! You also get the added bonus of having the office manager Lori say to you "we are done here" when you call her to inquire as to getting said results in writing! What a joke! Pretty bad, indeed. Not sure how they got the Best of the Best Awards, from what I experienced. Met with Jessica Capaul in October 2024 for an issue. We did some testing and adjustments, however, I was never quite happy with her analysis or care. So, I sought outside care, and thank goodness, found a very competent, caring provider who is trustworthy and has provided comprehensive information and direction. But wow!, interaction with Lori Amende , office manager, topped the subpar care from Ms, Capaul as she attempted to berate me for wanting a refund for a surprise billing for myself and insurance company for paperwork completion as well as my patient portal contacts with Ms. Capaul. For a minute there, I thought I was Zelenski in the Oval Office meeting! Sorry Ladies, I have a right to choose my care as well as protest poor service. read more

Went in today, three minutes late. We proceed to wait 10 minutes after the fact for the two receptionists to get off of their phone calls. Told no worries and we start filling out the mobile paper work. Not even 5 minutes later we're told to leave and there are no other appointments available until after the new year. Wild that the 3 minutes we were late didn't consitute to the 10 minutes sitting in the waiting room for the two receptionists to get off of their phones and help someone else. What a terrible experience. We will not be making another appointment because of your rude lack of care even before we got in to see the doctor. No wonder these reviews just keep dropping. If you want actual care for you and your future child I would avoid this place. Feeling like a number isn't the way you want to start your child's life. read more

Giving this a 5 star because of mentally sensitive Roxanne B, and its politically rude post. She is always a victim and not happy. I'll be honest, this place is OK. It feels like their doctors and spread thin with lack of specialists. But they do a good job overall! Sarah Kohal delivered both of my babies. Her and her team made me feel listened to, seen, and always took extra time to make sure I understood the plan of care. I have anxiety and Sarah always made sure to talk to me about my feelings and what I wanted out of my birth experience. She is an exceptional midwife. I had two back to back large babies that were tough labors and hours of pushing and she was with me through it all and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. under the care of Sarah Kohal I went septic after my c section. I was a worried mess and barely saw her while I was waiting for antibiotics to save my life because she wanted to go boating with her family. so much trauma happened and all I got from her on my way out the door was "you'll be fine. see you in 6 weeks" and a pat on the back. my son is now almost 4 and I am much better now but I could of used a lot more help than she offered me. i had post sepsis syndrome and other complications for almost two years. I was not "fine". not even a little bit. read more

Absolutely love this place. I won't go to any other OBGYN. I see Dr Farwell and she has made every experience delightful. The office is always kept clean and the staff is so incredibly nice. My concerns about my son's lack of movement were ignored. I was told it's "normal" at the end of pregnancy. A few days later I delivered my son still, 100% preventable as told by my high risk doctor at Sacred Heart. I would NEVER recommend Coeur or Sarah Kohal. read more

The people on the phones are so disrespectful and rude. How is a patient in need of medical attention supposed to feel when the voice/tone on the other end belittles you for either having a medical condition and or your insurance...? It's discouraging! If it weren't for Jessica Browns outstanding care and attention I wouldn't ever come back nor would I recommend. In all fairness I have to update.. I have called SEVERAL times and picked up my files since my review posted almost a month ago and every encounter has been pleasant. read more

I do NOT recommend this office. I was fat shammed by Dr Shultz for being a plus sized woman. I had given up soda when I became pregnant and lost 20lbs and he told me that wasn't healthy for me to do. He also was pressuring me to have a 24 hour urine hold for protein in it even though none of my tests showed protein in it. Also wanted me to do two glucose tests despite my first one, I passed with flying colors. He also was talking about induction when it was 5 months away. And here now 7 years later, I received a call stating I owed them $45 from back in May 2016!!!! I've had the same phone number since before then and they had the correct address for me till May 2017. The doctors and nurses in this office are great. But after going here for 2 years I am starting to get really annoyed with the front desk reception. The main gal is just rude. Gets pissy with me for missing a phone call. I looked at my missed calls and there was only one. She left a rude message saying "They have been trying to call 5 times". Had to say it again when I came in for my appointment. I told her I am busy with a toddler and live in an area with poor reception. But there was absolutely no reason for her to continue to be rude to me. Remember who you work for and be nice to your "customers". I pay you. I've never missed an appointment. read more

It has been a little while, but I went once. I was having severe abdominal pain, extremely heavy bleeding and in and out of the ER being told nothing is wrong. I was referred to go to Jennifer Farwell. All she did was give me an exam, and call me several days later telling me she didn't see anything wrong, therefore there was nothing she was able to do. Fast forward to now, I am recovering from my 2nd surgery. I have come to find out I have a severe case of endometriosis, adenomyosis, and interstitial cystitis, pelvic floor disorder, along with fibroids. I am 22 years old, I should have to be in pain every single day. Thankfully I finally found an OBGYN who knew what they were talking about. I will never recommend this office, nor will I ever be back. If Dr. Farwell would have taken the time to help me, like she promised she would, maybe I wouldn't be in the situation I am in at this moment. But, overall I am very thankful for my doctors now. My experience with Coeur OBGYN was nothing like some of those who wrote negative reviews. I found everyone from reception to exam and check out to be kind, professional and attentive. I did not feel like a 'number' and they seemed to take time making sure I was comfortable and listened to. read more

I have only had my one appointment so far.. and I can already feel the care and support from this office and staff. 100% night and day from my old OBGYN. I saw Dr Kevin Schultz, and I am just amazed. I have just moved from central California to this area, and did not have even half of the experience I have had since I've came. I'm already half way through my pregnancy and expected to have just picked up where I left off. But Dr Schultz is making sure to get me on track to his standards, and backtracking to get everything 100%. Very caring and listens to every word I have to say. Even reading between the lines to make sure all my worries are free and clear. I could not be happier with him. read more

I have been dealing with infertility for nearly 8 years. I have seen a handful of obgyn's and a reproductive endocrinologist. I almost gave up on finding a Dr who not only would listen to me but help me every way they could. My first visit was great ! I was listened to , I was sent for a full set of labs to be done and received a call from my Dr a couple days later to go over a game plan. For the first time in almost 8 years I feel like i have a team who truly cares about me and it's a great feeling. read more

Awful. My coworker and I are both under the same company insurance, we visited the same doctor through the same office for the same wellness exam - she was covered, I received a bill for lab costs. Last time I was very clear about wanting only what was covered under my insurance, I wanted to be careful with all of this new ACA business. Sure enough, I was billed for lab costs and again, my coworker was completely covered. I'm mad at Blue Cross and the lab too but both of those entities say that if the doctor's office would simply re-code the visit, I wouldn't receive a bill. Of course the doctor's office won't re-code the visit. They claim they can't because of ACA rules but they screwed me in the EXACT same fashion prior to the ACA so I have a hard time accepting that particular line of BS. Save yourself. I have no alternative to offer but I assure you, you can be over-billed just as well by some other half-wits. read more
