But that isn't all. I really like the Subtle Earth coffee, so a couple of weeks later, I decided to try to see if they finally got it in and place the order again. I phoned. No answer. I phoned later. No answer. This time I left a message and asked for a call back. No call back. Maybe the people at this company are nice. But they need to work on their efficiency. I finally gave up and I refuse to pay the prices for their coffee on Amazon because it's much higher than on their web site.

My girlfriend and I recently moved to Hollywood and try to shop locally wherever possible. We are coffee addicts and finding a good roaster was the first on our list. We sampled coffee from the handful of local roasters and Palm Coffee was not only the best in the area, upon first sip, it was the best we ever had. We now exclusively drink it, always the Plague Doctor Dark Roast. Also if we ever have guests, I make sure to brew a pot and I don't taint the jury by lavishing praise on it. My dad, a true coffee snob, immediately said how good our coffee was. Other coffee snob friends of mine were visiting from Vermont and I neglected to put in our order in time. Camilla at Palm made special arrangements for me to get a 12 oz bag just in time. These people are sweet, local, and their coffee is absolutely bananas good. Also if you buy a bag, it comes with branded cups and stickers! STICKERS! They're the best.

Here's why - he ground the beans and made my drip coffee from scratch! The roast was good to the last drop. Other notes: The shop is located in the midst of an apartment and retail mix, so the parking seemed confusing due to the signage.
