I love coffee break! I come here at least twice a month, for brunch or just to grab something quick for lunch. We were around the area with a friend and stopped for brunch here. I ordered a delicious hot chocolate and she had a coffee, both were so good! For entrees I had a Croissant sandwich, it was so warm and filling, it even came with potato chips! When I arrived with my friend we were immediately greeted by the owners who made us feel so welcomed. This past Saturday, I placed a pick up order. They gave me the wrong item. I had to call them 3 times and tell the story to 3 different people to finally get to speak to a manager, the manager said he needed to talk to the owner, then he came back on the phone and said he was going to "text me something ". I never got the text, so I decided to just go there and eat my lunch there since it was during my lunch break! When i get there, the manager tried to charge me for the new order, giving me $1.40 (10% off), I questioned is that all he was doing for getting my order wrong last time? He said " oh let's see, maybe I can give you $2 off" At this point I just canceled the order. Then when he saw I cancelled the order, he said that he didn't mean to offend me and maybe he can make me a new wrap for free?! I didn't accept the offer of course! Why couldn't he do that in the first place?! He waited until create such bad experience, by negotiating 10% discount, then goi up €0.50 at a time to make it worse! This is all because of the mistake they made by mess up with my order in the first place, not my fault!!!!! I think the whole experience was awful, and the way it was handled was terrible poor customer service. Not to mention, i have been eating there very often, and got all me coworkers at the Bal Harbour mall also order with them, but now I will never go back to coffee break enjoy again "! read more

Inside is quieter, but frigid. Of my half-dozen visits as a tourist, today's service was the most haphazard. Let's call it sub-tropical. Despite an abundance of staff, attentiveness was lacking. I watched two other guests also trying to catch the eye of servers. Only when I went inside was I "allowed" to pay. Adorable, delicious, and the kindest people. My son and I enjoyed a fresh green juice that I saw the team prepare, a delicious peach smoothie, buttery croissant and avocado toast. Everything was perfectly prepared. The croissant was flaky and had the right amount of crunch to the outermost layers.
