Green Juice- as you can see indicated in the picture it was not mixed properly and honestly did not taste the way it should be and I doubt it had the ingredients it said it had listed. All in all, BonBon was unfortunately a let down but it is what it is.

Also, not sure if they use two different roasts for the drinks, but the strawberry tastes much more burnt than the other. The pistachio waffle was probably the best part, but even then, you cannot really mess up on a waffle that is smeared with pistachio butter. Not sure if it is house made though. Tucked away in a food court which could only be accessed through an alley on Jamaica Ave or a side street (160th St), this cafe was not easy to find. Although the food court it is located in is no-frills, The Avenue Cafe actually put effort in establishing an inviting aesthetic that made me feel no different than if I were walking in my usual cafes in the city and I really liked that. The staff were courteous and they make your order quick! Best of all, they take card and Apple Pay (I didn't have cash on me that day and I was aware that just about every stall in that food court is Cash-Only).
