To be told I'd be charged extra just to add cream to an iced coffee--after the transaction was already complete and after I'd tipped--was disappointing to say the least. I've ordered coffee all over and never once have I been nickel-and-dimed for something so basic. A sure way to lose a customer, not just here but at all of your locations. It's the little things that make or break customer loyalty, and in this case, you lost mine.

Well, in a change from the drive through kiosks and from the place formerly here, this recently…read moreopened Classy and Sassy spot improves on the model. It also leaves one with a dilemma: across the street is yet another coffee shop competing for bragging rights for best coffee. Classy and Sassy brings a change, with a small but nice outdoor seating area and a menu that isn't on a flat panel monitor. As much as I appreciate those, they're a pain in the ass to read. Of course, here I don't even need to see the menu because the baristas are quick to offer suggestions when I can't decide. The coffee is good, the employees friendly and the drink menu choices are as good as it gets.
