With pricing as high as it is, the service and quality needs to match what is being charged. I don't mind paying higher prices but you must deliver the goods to reflect those prices.

I remarked upon walking in that someone seemed to have gone hog wild with the pine-sol - the smell hit me like a wall! I ordered an iced coffee . I took a sip in the store , while I was still permeated with pine-sol , and it seemed fine. As soon as I left the store and was walking for a bit and then took another sip, I realized it too had been permeated . I don't know if it was the ice , the cup, or the coffee. Pine-sol original is one of those sickeningly pungent scents that gets stuck in your mouth just from breathing it in. I dumped it down the sink , it was not drinkable. ‍ My advice: Get a different floor cleaner and measure it like a miser.
