The vibe of the cafe was cool, it was decorated with various items throughout. Plus, there was an area where you can read and/or buy books. I ordered a matcha latte and my partner picked a muffin. We got a seat by the window at the back, so that we can cool down and look at the beautiful view. The food was yummy and we enjoyed relaxing there. It felt like we were sitting at someone's home, it felt cozy and fun. Drop by here when you visit Paris, you'll love it!

I moseyed on down to this location to get my 'bucks fix. Located in a plaza, this Starbucks has a decently large sized patio out front, so you can sip on your iced white mocha and enjoy the sun. The inside looks like your standard Starbucks location, except the people here just line up wherever and don't follow the "line up here" sign. I also find that the barista's are a bit slow, though maybe I'm just used to the fast paced hustle & bustle of a downtown Toronto Starbucks. The baristas here don't even put your name on the cup - gasp! Anyway, a good enough location to get your coffee craving satisfied, and lounge away some of your day!

It isn't as close to home as it used to be. I've been in it a few times, and have not been impressed. As Tim Hortons go, this is a lackluster location, definitely not built for pedestrians--there is no way to get to it, unless you walk up the driveway, and risk getting run over by somebody coming around the corner from the drive-thru. Since Tim Hortons moved into the USA, they centralized their baking operations, and got rid of the local donut bakers. The coffee & donuts are no where near as good as they used to be. Last week, I visited three times. On the last visit, it smelled like somebody filled their pants (Seriously!). The whole operation is like an assembly line, and the coffee isn't that good, anymore. When you walk in, you are inundated by all of their merchandise, like a travel mugs, ground coffee, and a Tim Hortons coffee maker for $130. For these kind of prices, I would expect wing-back chairs, soft music, newspapers, and free WiFi. This place has none of that. I was a long time customer, but I won't be back. There are too many other places that are better. It is too bad, because Tim Hortons has been part of Brantford culture for years. The Tim Hortons on Colborne Street has been the busiest location for most of the last 30 years. This location is a real disappointment.

The donut and bagel were both fresh, the quality of the salmon was very good, and the latte hit the spot. The service was very quick, because for an early afternoon on a Saturday, they were hopping! There are some standard tables to sit at, but also some more comfy seats by the fireplace. It's a good coffee shop. Would absolutely stop in again when I'm up here for work.

We were never rushed to order as they gave us plenty of time to debate the menu and when it came time to order, the gentleman was very thorough and helpful with the sizes of drinks, explaining the milk alternatives which are free of charge, order was clarified to ensure it was correct - all in all, you could feel he took his time to get things right for us. When our iced matcha beverages were handed off, he realized he didn't let us know they come Una's a default and there, he offered simple syrup or vanilla syrup of our choosing since we do prefer our matcha sweetened. After tasting, we told him two pumps wasn't sweet enough and he kindly added more syrup for us. I personally ordered the seasonal white chocolate matcha as a hot beverage which was tasty but a little too sweet - I would request for half sweet next time. I also got the sea salt chocolate chip cookie as I couldn't resist (it looked so good in the pastry display!) It turned out to be absolutely delicious - the edges being the best part. My mom said it paired well with her Americano which was made with their Heritage blend. Speaking of which, before my mom ordered her coffee, she was offered to try their brew before buying which was really helpful as it ended up being too acidic for her.
