I love my Coffee Man boys so much (although it's been a minute since we've last hung out, what's going on with that, y'all?!?) and I was super excited to find myself in Hapeville one day in need of coffee... and Coffee Man to the rescue! Not dog friendly inside like the Blandtown location, but all good - inside is clean and quiet and hip, perfect coffee shop working conditions. I needed a spot to work and easily settled down at an empty table. It was fall, my favorite coffee season, so I ordered my favorite Not Your Mom's PSL. Perfect for the not too hot, not too cold weather outside. My boyfriend joined me later and he tried the Strawberry Fields and we shared a croissant and the Green Machine (basically an avocado toast). Standard but solid coffee shop essentials. I heard about their summer specials and had to try the peach cobbler latte. It was a little underwhelming and didn't have the peach notes I was expecting. I think at some coffee shops I'm going to have to start requesting double syrup. The coffee was decent and I liked that the dairy free cold foam wasn't super sweet. They offer dairy free options and have decaffeinated espresso. This spot is very popular and when I arrived there was limited seating so I sat at a community table. Although, it was packed it wasn't too loud. You have plenty of options for free parking in the area. read more

Seriously one of the best lattes I've ever had! Coffee Man was my first stop after I arrived on an early morning flight into ATL. I was greeted warmly by the barista at 7am right when they opened. I had a hot vanilla latte with oatmilk, which was rich and creamy. The coffee beans were perfectly roasted with a nutty profile. The pastry selection looked delicious and I will be back to try some. I also appreciate the numerous outlets and free WiFi, which made this a great place to recharge and get my day in order. People started filtering in around 8am. It was a great early morning crowd given how small the town is, but it's a testament to how great a cafe this is. read more

Came here to try a fresh coffee and to get out of the rain and enjoyed every moment. All the staff was super nice, their menu rather big. There's plenty of street parking in Hapeville and a small lot around to the side. Came here to enjoy some coffee and have a Bible study--a nice change of scenery from my usual spots. The environment was great--laid-back and relaxed, with patrons all doing their own thing, which created a cool, community vibe. I snagged a nice spot on the couch and got settled in for the study. I wish I would've tried this place sooner. I stayed close by for work obligations for over a month, but never desired to walk there until the very last days. Total regret. This is a great coffee shop in Hapeville. The barista was nice and knowledgeable and their Cappuccino tasted good, although I must say that it wasn't extra ordinary either. Disclaimer: this review is for the new Blandtown location in West Midtown, as I have not visited the one in Hapeville. My husband and I have been a fan of Coffee Man for years! We first met the owners during a tasting at our apartment complex. Let's just say, we have been obsessed ever since. Hands down, they make the best cold brew coffee I have ever had. What makes it so unique is that they actually infuse the coffee with real, organic flavors. For example, their lavender/vanilla flavor has actual pieces of lavender and vanilla beans in the brew bags. Delicious . When they finally opened their long awaited physical location in Blandtown, my husband and I were so excited! We were excited that we could watch their business literally grow from the ground up, and of course, excited to get that coffee crack in our systems on a regular basis lol. This location is so cool! The space has an industrial feel, yet also warm at the same time. There is plenty of seating for those who want to escape the crowded, commercial spaces like Starbucks. All the photos are from the Hapeville location! Visited here after hearing all the great things about this new addition to hapeville. The interior and decoration of this place is so cute and hip. The colors are so cute, love the pastel colors!! The chai drink my friend got was pretty good and the chai was fragrant ! The matcha honestly was a little bland in my opinion, I did add strawberry syrup but the syrup was not sweet at all and it just seemed a little slimy from the strawberry seeds. So it wasn't my favorite. Overall, I think this place is cute and nice to work/study from. I will probably come back to try a different flavor syrup though. The service was pretty friendly and he offered to add more syrup for me. read more

They have a lovely display case with pastry go ahead and order the apple turnover and the cinnamon roll. Also have avocado toast option and weekends the big biscuits come. These are delicious and run out quickly. Now the coffee is delicious the first cold brew I've actually loved and the good part they sell the cold brew so you can even make it at home. I was excited to visit this Coffee Man coffee shop for the first time yesterday morning. Cute, whimsical interior with ample seating. Sadly, I couldn't believe how terrible the customer service was! The young girl working the cash register had the worst attitude and disposition. When I walked in, there was one other customer standing near the register. We both were waiting for her queue or to say something like oh maybe a simple "Can I take your order?" Or, "I can help the next customer." Instead she just stared back and forth at both of us with an attitude waiting for one of us to make a move. I didn't know who was next, but the other person gestured to me to go ahead. As I moved closed to the register the young lady still didn't open her mouth. But I assumed she was ready and I placed my cappuccino order with oat milk, to which she was appeared confused, and turned and mumbled something to the barista. With a visible scowl on her face she then mumbled to me "we out of oat milk." Instead of offering an alternative, she just starred at me mute. I then said, what else do you have? She mumbled a list of about 4 other options under her breath and skim milk was the only one I could decipher so I said I'll take that. Just terrible. I will say, the woman making the drinks seemed very pleasant and kind, and the pastry I ordered was delicious. But the experience with the girl on the register left a horrible first impression. Since Yelp is confused about Hapeville/Blandtown (the listing says Hapeville but all the photos are from Blandtown) - I've visited both locations, Hapeville once and Blandtown 3-4 times, so this is for the Blandtown location. The space is great: very airy and open, lots of seating and plenty of outlets. I'm pretty much a straight filter coffee drinker and their coffee is very good. They also offer a bunch of 'light eats' selections (pastries, avocado toast). My only negative experience was on a Saturday when some kind of book club was meeting and wave after wave of people flooded in and took up all the available seating to the point that I eventually had to leave. But, I guess if you're a business these are the problems you want to have? The staff are friendly and attentive. read more
