I went in about 3 times prior to them starting the job. The sales rep. (Danielle) and I went over my design a handful of times. Long story short i was supposed to get a specific design on the front of the shirts and a different design on the back. We both went over this a handful of times and each time we both went over how the back was going to be a different design from the front. I then sent over the artwork files one titled "frontdesign" the other titled "backdesign". When I opened the box with my order i noticed the front design was printed on both the front and the back. The design for the back wasn't even taken into consideration. When i went in and talked to the sales rep about it she mentioned that she was partially at fault and said she could discount $50 off the price?!! $50 from a $500 order that was made incorrectly. She then asked what i thought would make it right. I told her that i wanted at least 50% of my money back because the order was wrong and I'd have to sell shirts that are different from whats being advertised on my site. She said she had to go back and talk to someone about it. When she came back she said okay i can give you 50% back, but because we're doing that we will no longer be working with you in the future. I asked her who told her to say that and she changed the subject and said we have to make sure our employees are covered and get paid, to which i responded what does that have to do with making it right and working with me in the future? Changed the subject again and said this was a really hard job for our guys to do it took a whole day. All my design consisted of was a font that read "ATM" and a sentence on the back. Plus i didn't know screen printing companies had difficulties screen printing? I'am not sure who was behind the way they handled the situation, but as a business owner myself i know i would never treat someone that way after getting their order wrong. If someone orders a t shirt from my site and i send them the wrong one, I'm going to send them the correct one and make it right, not deny them business in the future. They clearly have something to learn about good customer service.
