Tried numerous times to try to get them to look at the box to see if they could fix it. They simply sent me an email saying all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges, even though I did not want a refund, just wanted the box fixed so I could enjoy it. In addition with the box, they sold with 7 months of service , and in total it was $288 dollars! You can buy a great Dreamlink box for $100 and get a year service from other providers for what I paid for seven months.

The guy at Costco made a mistake when transfered the cell part. I'm not too happy about that. But, it was a mistake. I was on the phone with Bell, talked to multiple people. Because of all the fraud, and it was such a new account, it was recommened I go to the Bell store. As soon as I walked in, I knew the lady at the 2475 Appleby location wasnt going to help me. She was curt and rude... she gave zero attempts to help me. After I told her the the tech guy, told me to go to the store. When I'm leaving, she threw out the token 'sorry'. It was so disingenuous. At least try and help me, or make it look that way.

After 2 months of usage the average speed was 1.3-1.9MB/s, oh and I would need to restart the modem multiple time a day. Just found out that my landlord needs it removed because this moron at DR SAT/skychoice didn't get any permits. They told me no permits are needed. You stay on hold for hours, emails get returned 3 days later. Even their own email was down for a week and didn't know until I told them all the emails were bouncing back & they are a communication Company!!! I swear you can't make up the stuff that this guy does. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLOTHS.

After 15 minutes SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called back- spoke to another girl who's solution was to make sure I had cellular data turned on. Like duh obviously I'd have it turned on. She said oh... also had no idea how to fix it and SHE ALSO HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I was so mad at this stage - called A THIRD time and this lady still didn't know what to do so I was fed up and said I'll figure it out.
