This company sucks. Called them during normal business hours 6 or 7 times, never got the phone answered. got a response hours or never later.. It took 15 minutes to get the to obtain my my email address. ( note I am in the the Real Estate business and give my email address 20 time a week. The answer I received was sign into the portal. the portal site was designed by an idiot. I sent hours trying to make it work, Called the office several time and finally got a call back 3 hours later. When we set up a time to connect and help me with portal for 4 PM NEVER GOT A GALL BACK THEN. If you want to put your life in the hands of these people you do need medication. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! YOUR SHOUD CALL AND SEE IF THE ANSWER. Badf office personal, awfull web site and rude and go to the portal approach. They whoud not be liscensed to prescrib any seriuos drugs. read more

The negative review is about the buisness/office side of CBI, Cranberry Twp. The counselor may have been great, IDK cause this was for my child. When you have such a horrible patient portal and office staff for the portal doesn't care. Since everything is done through this portal, HORRIBLE! read more

I have been a patient for over a year at CBI. I have had virtual appointments only due to the Covid situation so far I really like CBI they seem to always call you back when you have a problem and make sure you always get your medication on time the only problem I might be having is that I have treatment resistant depression and my doctor really doesn't want to give me any medication for it. Yes I'm doing OK but I feel like I could be doing better. He doesn't think we should mess around with anything else. I just don't know what to think, but overall, it is a good practice read more

The Cognitive Behavior Group are fabulous. I found a good fit with this group. The intake is thorough, the assigning of providers is great, and my mental health is improving everyday. I came with a lifetime of trauma including sexual assault. At 64, this group has helped me climb out of my past and begin to rebuild my present, and help me be hopeful for the future. My provider left in the spring of 2022, and nobody informed me. When I asked why I was told that "most of her patients were informed". I had a tele-medicine appointment with a new provider, Amanda Hillen, at 3:30 on September 8. I entered the Zoom at 3:20 and left at 4:00, since she never showed up. I felt that waiting 30 minutes was adequate. Neither she nor the office staff contacted me to explain why she didn't show up or to reschedule. At 4:00, I sent an email explaining the situation to the staff and told them that I would not pay for a visit that the nurse didn't show up for. Now, my Discover is being charged $150. I'm going to call on Monday, but getting a real person is hard at this practice. Update 9/12/22: someone in the office responded to my email; they are refunding the no show fee. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a response so quickly. I didn't take them up on their offer to reschedule. read more

I'm utterly appalled that this place can call themselves mental health support. They charged us an exorbitant amount of money to test my 13yo daughter and recommended a specialty treatment that required her to stop therapy with her current counselor because insurance wouldn't cover both. Then they switched therapists without my knowledge and left scheduling in the hands of the 13yo never following up with me the parent. Now my child can't get back in with her prior counselor because she's booked and we have a mental health crisis with her severe anxiety. I'm following up with my lawyer to see what actually can be done since we paid over $1500 for 4 sessions read more

I have never felt the need to leave a review for anywhere before, let alone a bad one. I created a yelp profile for this. My psychiatrist here was genuinely amazing but their office more than ruins it. Over the time I have been here they have genuinely not answered a single call I have ever made even when I try to follow up and it makes it impossible to get anything done. I understand that they are busy but it is extremely rare for them to ever return a call, either. It is frustrating because my actual psychiatrist went above and beyond and I'm sure the others do too, but the office completely ruins the experience. read more

I thought the office staff was very condescending and unprofessional. They are very poor about answering and returning phone calls. I feel they care more about draining your insurance instead of treating your problems. I would give them a zero if I could. read more

Dr. Caridad refused me treatment at his practice. I had waited 6 months to get in, had a terrible appointment with the assigned psychiatrist and filed a complaint about it. Without reading my prior ADHD diagnosis or discussing my career with me, the Dr told me that I would need to stop taking my medication because he didn't believe I had ADHD because what happens is 'intelligent women with successful careers will make it so far and not be able to handle it so they claim they have ADHD'. Dr. Caridad took weeks to get back to me on my complaint and being rescheduled with someone else. He then refused me treatment at his practice stating no psychiatrist will see me because I have previous ADHD diagnosis. He still did not cancel my follow up apt with this Dr as I asked. There is an $85 no show fee, so I followed up to make sure it was cancelled and then received a letter from Dr Caridad stating I had self-discharged myself from their care, when they had actually refused me service. read more
