After reading a few reviews, I decided to run over to Duke's on a Saturday afternoon. 1st impression was great. Place looked and smelled clean. There was a fantastic lady who waited on me. Awesome customer service, weighed the laundry, she wrote down my requests (no perfumes/dyes...small allergy) and she gave me a total. She asked if I wanted to pick them up later. Paid it and was on my way in about 15min. Crazy fast and efficient. I returned Sunday to pick up my clothes and there they were waiting on me, washed...folded...in bag with my name on it.
