I was told by the employee that per the owner, She wouldn't be able to give me a $.50 refund because it was my fault. That's terrible customer service. All you have to do is open the coin section and give me my $.50 back. I'm big in customer service and this left a bad taste in my mouth. It shows you don't care about the customer your in it for the money only!

Can't believe I didn't know it was here after all Joe's To Go is next door. When you don't use it, you don't know it's here. ‍ As I entered the parking lot , I noticed it was full but after getting out my car I noticed the traffic is more so at the gas station and Joe's To Go. There was one customer waiting with her small kids. I looked for the large washer and confirmed the price. You can tell I've never used a laundromat before. There are 2 change machines , laundry detergent machine and laundry bag machine. I brought my own laundry detergent. The cost to wash a large comforter is $8.25. The cost to dry is .25 and that's for 7 minutes. With this comforter I'll need more time say like 30 min but then again maybe not bc it's on "high heat" . The interior was clean. The floors mopped ... There is 1 bathroom shared with male/female. 5 folding tables. 16 dryers... 17 washers...4 rolling carts.... If you want or need snacks, gas station is next door, however, There is a NO FOOD/DRINK sign posted on the front door. Signs are posted throughout the facility "Please remove Your Laundry As Soon As Machine Finishes" . It's also noted unattended clothing will be removed and the staff is not responsible for loss of clothing or damaged clothing. Overall, I was pleased considering I've never used a laundromat. I've heard how some can be dirty and supplies are limited to none. I will be back!

Awesome customer service, weighed the laundry, she wrote down my requests (no perfumes/dyes...small allergy) and she gave me a total. She asked if I wanted to pick them up later. Paid it and was on my way in about 15min. Crazy fast and efficient. I returned Sunday to pick up my clothes and there they were waiting on me, washed...folded...in bag with my name on it. It's a small laundromat, but is well-run and fairly priced. I dropped my laundry off on a Sunday afternoon and expected it to be a few days before it was done due to Christmas being this week. Richard called me the next day and it was ready! Clothes were folded nicely and it was a great experience - I'll be returning for sure!

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

I found that this one was close by and I had no other choice so I came. I got here, and it was completely empty. No customers. That should've been my first sign...well, the 1st strike, was that there was NO A/C in this place and it was a 100 degree day! They had fans blowing but it was no help. That should've been my first sign.... then, I saw that the big washers were $6.50! That's more than any other laundromat I've ever been to. Usually big washers are 4 or 5$. This was strike 2. But I was in a bind, so I stayed.... finally, the dryers are 25c for only 5 minutes! That's a Rip off. A quarter gives you 7 or 8 minutes anywhere else! I put my clothes on 25 minutes and they were still soaking wet afterwards. I had to lay them all over my house when I got home to dry them. Strike 3! I appreciate the convenience of 3 different washer sizes (Double load, Triple load and Max Load). $2.50/$4.00/$5.00 respectively. The dryers are a quarter ($.25) per 7 minute interval. Keep in mind that it is a laundromat and not every one patronizing the establishment will exercise decorum and good social graces. I highly suggest having your earbuds on standby. They keep any and everything you could possibly need to complete your laundering, and everything is reasonably priced.
