My wife and I stopped here because we were in the area and it was close by. From the outside it looked very basic and it was. Very run down, no attendant on site, no restrooms and not clean. When we put coins in the washers (all same load count) the wash times varied, same with the dryers. Example: we put 4 quarters in to dry, we got 30 minutes. We used another dryer, 4 quarters we got 15 mins. For the washers, 4 quarters got you 10-20 mins depending on the machine with same load capacity. First washer we used water never came out, you could hear it running but we got taken for $1.00. We left after spending nearly $15 on 3 small loads and our towels never even dried, barely got warm. Yall need to maintain your washers/dryers, have someone on site for patrons that may need something. And public restrooms would be nice. We will never be back this has got to be the worst laundromat I have ever stepped foot in. read more

Laundromat has no attendant there. Came here temporarily cause my at home washer was temp not working. This place is left very filthy. Name of the place is now called "A Clean Coin Laundry". If there was a ZERO stars option I would give it that. Forget about the dirtiness but the sanitation is a HORRIBLE issue. People's health ought to be considered due to all the mold inside the washer machines. The irony of having the sticker that says "Please make sure your quarters are clean before you deposit" when the washers themselves are not ever clean especially the inside of the laundry map. THIS PLACE CHANGED ITS NAME TO A CLEAN COIN LAUNDRY. Most likely due to all the bad reviews. It is on South St and in the shopping center with the Goodwill and Sky zone. If only I could give them ZERO STARS. Today more than half of the machines were broken. I put my clothes in one that wasn't and BOOM. It breaks down with my baby's clothes inside and is locked. I CANNOT GET THE CLOTHES OUT. I call the number 7 times and get no answer. I text the number, no answer. Finally someone in the laundromat helped me get them out and then guess what? The machine hadn't spun at all. I had to hang ring out each piece of clothing from a washer that held 3 LOADS! Then I get to the dryer and find out its stuck on low after I already put my money in. Surprise, it won't give me the quarters back so I have to put soaking wet clothes in a low dryer. They were still wet and I had to pick me daughter up. Finally he calls me back and says someone is coming to fix the machine and give me my money back. He sends the plumber who does not give me my money back. The owner shows up, this is an hour after I made the first call. He gives me $5 and thinks thats enough. What about all of the time I had to spend wringing out 3 loads of clothes? My stupidity.. First kept putting clothes in washers that DIDN'T WORK BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T ACCEPT COINS. Had to MOVE my clothes to other OLD machines that were FEW in numbers. The same with dryers.. More than half were no working or would keep your money with MO service. Luckily a lady there saw my frustration and was able to refund my quarter. But asked me to MOVE my wet clothes to another dryer. My next STUPIDITY would be if I ever came back here again. I would have better luck hand washing my clothes. I'll start with the negative: there are a LOT of broken machines. But they're the small capacity, $1.00 machines I wouldn't want to use anyway. Come on a weekday morning or evening and you won't have to compete for the large machines. The prices are good and the change machines always work. There's a restroom (bring a roll of TP) and an attendant around most of the time who will help you fold! She also has a laundry service if you don't have time, and is very friendly and sweet! There's only one bench inside, but there's a good pizza place next door where you can have a soda or beer and a slice while you wait! Personally, I prefer to hit the Goodwill or TJ Maxx! Am I missing anything? Oh yeah, they have a soda machine, which is always appreciated when you get hot from folding! It feels like less of a chore doing my laundry here. Awesome! read more

Half of the machines do not work! I loaded my comforters in one of the larger machines and it was broken, no sign nothing, pretty much all the machines in the same row were broken. I found a working one in the back and noticed the countertops were not finished! This laundromat has potential, but needs major reconstruction. Came on a Monday around 1ish and it was a complete ghost town. Prices are decent for the small washers (other places charge $2.00-$5.00). One bench and a chair to sit on. There's a goodwill and an amazing boba place next door. my only complaint is... this place looks like it needs a good cleaning. Like, I wiped the inside of washers before using and..... EWWWY. I'm only giving 1 star due to the fact there is $1 wash, only a couple of them are in working order, and there is quarter per dry. The complete condition of this place is absolutely terrible! I used to come here as a kid with my mom and seeing the quality that this place has turned into the owner should be absolutely ashamed. There is not only mold on the walls but there is mold inside the washing machines which only 10% of them are in working order all the other ones have tape over them. And if you're not looking to spend all day at the laundromat I wouldn't come here. Every customer that comes in drops a load off and either go shopping or completely leaves the premises, mind you the washes only 20 to 25 minutes and really isn't that long to leave your half load of clothes in the washer then all of us that are there have to wait. Mind you there is no waiting space or seating area and you're better off sitting in your car to make sure that none of your clothes get stolen. This is a great laundrymat. The prices are fair. The attendant is friendly and helpful. There is a TJ Maxx, Strawhat Pizza, and Goodwill to peruse while you are waiting for your laundry. It can be crowded at times, and sometimes machines aren't working properly. Overall though this is the best laundrymat in the area IMO. read more

I've been here for yrs due to the prices. $2.50 for a huge machine that can hold two huge blankets or two huge bags of clothes??? Can't be beat. But sadly after 5 yrs of coming here, I've decided to change my laundromat due to the environment. This laundromat now is home for the homeless. I came in at 6am and while washing a man scared me. He slept in the bathroom all night....I thought I was the only one there then I heard noises coming my way-looked up and there he was. A 2nd encounter is a young (19 maybe 20 yrs old) woman was there. Dress nice. She greeted me and I greeted back. She opened up and tells me she's homeless and gets government help. She gets a little over $200 for food stamps and $150 to help aid for housing??? Then out of no where begs me for money. The Male worker came along and tells me if I need anything this homeless woman works here and she can help me. I appreciate that she's working but I didnt appreciate her asking me for money. Saw this place because it was close to a boba place and skyzone, first visit was good. The machines are dirty, with mold and no employee was around to get some help. So I came early to get those dollar machines one coz the big machines don't really wash your clothes half of it was wet and half of it was dry like wasted $4 bucks on it. But at the end I finished my laundry. The second time I came back which was today, I took 3 of those dollar machines coz I like those better than the big ones. Left for about five mins, came back and saw my clothes in one of those laundry thing they got there. This lady had the balls to take out my stuff and put it in there without letting me know. Who in their right mind thinks that's absolutely ok? Told her you can't be messing with other people's stuff, don't care if the other machines are broken. So heated, I went off on her and she told me to call the cops, lol. But anyways this place needs to post their phone number so if there's a problem like I had today, i would have given another star. The lady there is very friendly and helpful; place could really use a sweep and clean but it is do-able as it's really only the convenient location and I feel safe in that shopping center. I hope they clean the place better because the machines do work but I've seen some of the customers complain of the dryers not drying or working. There's room for improvement here. I think I need to bring bleach with me before using some of the machines. read more
