EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. I had just come back with custom tailored suits from Bangkok and I wanted to get them dry cleaned and from all the reviews I read online, it seemed that this was going to be a reputable location. Unfortunately when I picked up my sage green suit (which is the suit I am planning on wearing for my wedding) it was stained with this odd light tan mark that appeared to be makeup. Admittedly when I came back to ask them to clean it, they were gracious enough to clean the marks free of charge. It was difficult to communicate with them as well due to language barrier but I would be okay with that if it wasn't for the stained mark on the suits. That is absolutely unacceptable so I will not be recommending them. Although I appreciate their prices and the fact that they cleaned up their mess, it is a mess that should have never happened. I have included a photo of the before and after photo to allow you to make your own decision about the location. I found Rosa's through a neighborhood app reference and i couldn't be happier! I was really nervous cause my initial dress was not what I had hoped and found this one! I fell in love but it was 4 sizes too big! I wanted to wear this dress and with the lace work you need someone skilled, not everyone can do that! She snatched me up with pins and less than a month later my dress was done! I must add, i got married beginning of April this year and i brought it to her March 12th and she was like no problem! I was confident in her, she knew what she was doing and had a whole team with her also! Definitely all brides, you can feel relief when she has your dress and know it will be beautiful! I did pay $450 for all the work but it was so worth it! Especially how delicate my lace and sheer was! She had other girls in there for prom and was super reasonable! Not only did she alter the length and cleaned it before the big day, but after coming back to get it dry cleaned for the last time. I had my wedding dress altered by Rosa and she did an amazing job! It took a little over 3 weeks (which is faster than most places). This included adding bustles, hemming a few inches off, and taking in the waist. She even added a few extra clasps to the back button area just for security and added a finger loop for my long train. I think the pricing was a great value, but it will depend on material type, amount of layers, etc, do call ahead of time for a rough estimate. After being engaged for over a year and doing no wedding planning, I spontaneously picked a wedding date 3 months out. That meant I had to find a dress quickly and get it altered even faster. I found Rosa on Yelp and walked into her shop with my wedding dress in hand and my fiancé carrying his pants. We were greeted by Rosa's husband (I didn't catch his name), and he pointed me to a curtained corner to try on the dress. I kicked my fiancé out and got changed. While I was changing, I heard Rosa and her husband speaking Vietnamese. I'm not fluent, but I try to practice when I can -- Rosa was really kind and gave me grace for my bad Vietnamese. She was super sweet and got right to work on the dress. I'm terrible at making decisions, and when it came time to choose a bustle, Rosa was so patient. She showed me the different options multiple times until I finally picked one (American vs. French). She was surprised when she found out my wedding was in 3.5 weeks away at the time (I should have led with that), but she didn't freak out. She got everything done in 2 weeks -- and it turned out perfect. She even changed the awkward hand loop on the dress to a finger loop, which looked and felt way better. Had an item to be altered. Explained what I wanted to be done but the lady kept trying to minimize my request saying things like, "it's not noticeable" or "that's how the style is". If she is unable to complete what I would like then she should just say that, so I can go somewhere else. Unfortunately I was running out of time to get my garment altered and stayed here. Had such a fantastic experience here! I have never gotten alterations before, so I was a bit nervous about the process. I had a two-layer, satin dress that was a few inches too long for me and needed to be hemmed. There is a little changing room in the shop for you to change into your dress (bring heels as needed), and then she makes the markings on your dress as you want them. I brought in a black satin strapless dress with some draping on the side; it felt like a slightly more complicated garment, but she worked her magic to make it fit me like a glove! I should have known, since she has altered plenty of wedding dresses according to other yelpers. Although my request was only to take in the bust area & shorten the length, she made adjustments to the sides as well to create a more flattering fit. I was initially a little concerned about the draping, but she recreated it flawlessly. She also offered me a pair of low heels to wear so she could get the perfect measurement for length. I felt like her pricing was fair, given the amount of work needed for my piece, and she had it ready in about a week.
