Clover has some extra large industrial washers that wash well in only 1/3 the time of my home washer. And there's an attendant cleaning out and making sure all the washers are attended to regularly. If I could offer any bit of feedback, it would be great if they had some sort of credit card payment option. I don't tend to have a lot of cash on me, and the best (XL) washers are $7.75 a load, so I have to make sure I have a fair amount of cash on me to do a few loads. They have a few change machines, though, so as long as you have enough cash on-hand, you can still use them. read more

The place has many washers in working condition. The place is not quite spacious, but is very clean. There was an attendant there the whole time I was there. The down side to the place is that the machines work with just change and do not have a card or app system. I feel like we are at a time that we should have the option of using a card system. I personally do not carry a lot of cash. read more

Tonight the lady told me that I couldn't dry my clothes here without washing. But I've been coming here for the past month and no one has told me anything. I didn't see any rule or policy about it but I didn't appreciate that IF you're also taking my money. Regardless, I won't be coming back. I love coming here to do laundry! All my big items and my clothes get wash well and the attendants are super friendly and helpful. I left one of my loads there on accident and they had it there for me when I went the next morning. They do need to update their phone number though so calls can go through in case this happens again. read more

I am so disappointed by the way I was treated by the attendant as I brought in my laundry bag to use the dryer because my dryer broke. I needed to dry my boyfriend's work clothes before tomorrow and the woman was so rude and totally embarrassed me in front of a crowd of customers as she yelled at me in Spanish saying, "you can NOT use the dryer" because I didn't wash the clothes there. What kind of business turns away a paying customer? Just an absolutely awful experience, that woman needs to learn proper customer service etiquette because she is an absolute disgrace. read more

This laundromat is a solid 5 stars, no joke! I usually do my laundry at home; so THE ONLY reason you'll catch me at a laundromat, is when I have to wash my blankets and comforters. I prefer to go to a laundromat with an attendant, so if there is a problem or I have a question, it will be addressed then and there. The attendant is hardworking and keeps the place clean even the bathroom. She sweet and passes out complimentary bottled water with a smile. There are ample chairs and rolling laundry carts for everyone to use. The biggest washing machines are in the front and they get smaller in size as you walk to the back. They even have step stools for us short people, so we can reach the soap dispensers at the top of the machines. While you're waiting, there are arcade games or the tv (set to the news) to keep you occupied. The place has good ventilation because they keep the back door open. There's a small sink in the back if you need to scrub a few things first. The machines did a good job cleaning and drying everything, even my blankets (tip - never overfill the washing machine and split one load between dryers so you'll use less time/money). I will most likely make this place my designated laundromat for bulky items like comforters and blankets. It's clean, has fairly new machines, has an attendant working during operating hours, and good price. Most of all, it seems like a fairly safe place to do laundry. I was pretty impressed with how clean this place was. Before I do any laundry at a laundromat, I always check to to see how clean the soap tray is because many places neglect this part. I didn't check every single machine, but the one I chose was spotless. I actually spilled some detergent on the outside of the machine while I was using it, but an attendant came and cleaned it up just few minutes after I started my load. The attendant was constantly going around wiping down machines and sweeping the floor. There's free wifi (ask an attendant for the password), vending machines with detergents and softeners, and change machine (for quarters). Fluff & fold service is also available. Listed below are types of washers and dryers, and price (as of 12/15/2017). WASHERS 80 lb (8 loads) $6.75 60 lb (5 loads) $4.25 40 lb (4 loads) $3.50 30 lb (3 loads) $2.75 20 lb (2 loads) $2.25 Top load $1.25 DRYERS 30 lb and 60 lb (I think). I'm reading my old review and laughing at how I called this laundromat the "Mercedes Benz" of laundromats, lol. Now it's like the old beat up 1984 Datsun I used to drive when I was a teenager. It really has gone downhill in the last two years, and I don't know why. It's not as clean anymore, it doesn't seem loved by it's owners. I do still like the washers, even tho they go up in price about every 2 months it seems. The dryers are TERRIBLE, you need to put 4 quarters in order for them to kind of dry your clothes. It's always super busy, & that used to make sense, but not anymore, considering that there are other nicer & cleaner laundromats in neighbor cities. I legit have stopped coming here & I rather drive to Norwalk or Buena Park for a better laundromat. read more

I don't recommend this place anymore. Today I went to wash and unfortunately my clothes were damaged by the dryer #5 . I spoke to the owner about my clothes being damaged with orange marks on my clothing. His response was that "it's was candy from your baby" "put bleach and it will go away" like beach will ruined my clothes even more. He tried saying so much nonsense like "that's red on the dryer not orange" just doing the most to not take responsibility over the damage their dryer did to my family clothes like that's at least $300 worth of clothes. read more

I have lived in the neighborhood for 20 years and have never had the need to visit a laundromat. but unfortunately my dryer was ruined and I had to go to this place. It is sad and unfortunate since it was because of your good comments that I went there. but unfortunately I left very disappointed because I didn't they allowed me to dry my clothes in this place. For no reason the person in charge did not allow me. I explained the situation to him and for no reason he allowed me. it is understood that it is a business. is understood. but you have to have a little more empathy in situations like this. Has been taken over by new management and it is horrible. Washers and dryers are still great but new owner is not good. Took him a few times of seeing me come in to greet me with a Goodmorning & when I had an issue that one of the machines weren't dispensing water, he tried blaming it on me that I over filled the machine. And even hesitated to give me a refund for the machine . Not to mention instead of putting it to a new machine I had to stand and watch him try to fix it for 30 min so he doesn't need to give me a refund. This place sucks now . read more

I asked an employee for help since I put in 2 quarters already and the washing machine had only counted for just the second quarter and the machine wouldn't return back my first coin. She literally tried smashing the button for it to return the coin and then just literally walked away. Then another man came up to me, I believe he's the owner, and opened the washing machine door, told me to "put everything in" which has nothing to do with the issue. And then he just took my coins, input it in, and told me to continue on. I asked "well can I get my quarter back that the machine took?" He literally ignored me, and told me to continue. Then he said "well ask her" I said "well where did she go? Cause I originally asked her for help and she just disappeared" and then he walked away for a minute. Then came back and told me "She said she didn't see it happen." And then I asked him again "Well can I have a quarter back ? Cause the machine took my extra quarter" . Then he LITERALLY walked away. I can't believe that they wouldn't return me ONE quarter when they could clearly look at the Cameras if they wanted to and I've been here so many times before. I won't be coming back ever again. Even at busy times, the staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions. The best scenario I can tell you is a few weeks ago, it was hot during the day and the owners were nice enough to to hand out cold bottles of water to all the customers. I can understand why this place has such high reviews, and I'm glad that I did my research and found this Laundromat. Upon arrival, there's a ton of parking spaces. The location is easily accessible and was not difficult to find at all. The laundromat was very clean and well kept, and there was someone working for most of the time I was there. There were plentiful machines, with labels of how much each washer can handle. I thought that was super helpful, since I had 2 weeks worth of laundry to do. Read all the signs on the wall before you do anything. My dryer broke. Came with my wet clothes and went straight In and put my clothes to dry. Was approached by the employee saying no wash no dry. YOU ARE A LAUNDROMAT! My clothes was already drying, so what can you do. Is this a thing? Have I been away so long that I don't know the laundromat rules? My complaint is not on the associate. who clearly was afraid of her employer telling her something for not "catching" me fast enough (I'm sure they have camaras,) but on the establishment and their rules. *we originally went to another location off Pioneer and Centralia, the only problem there was they were closing. This is by far the best laundromat. I was rushing to go in because it was getting late in the evening. When the laundromat owner/ manager saw me, he held the cart for my laundry close to my car, assisted in bringing it in, and opened the washer for me. In two incidents: one a holiday and another a hot weather, he gave me and the rest of the customers bottled water. I found this laudromat on yelp and came here because of all the great reviews, even though it's out of my way. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and well maintained it is. I did not see a single machine with the"out of order" signs that are so common in other laudromats. Not even 5 minutes after walking in, the owner handed me a bottle of cold water. He continuously walked around handing new customers bottles of water. I had never seen this done in any other laudromat. They also have free wifi. I will definitely be coming back.
