The kitchen has everything but a stove. It's got cups and plates and cutlery which came in handy. Booking.com had it at $138 per night but when I called them directly they gave me the same room for $100. Booking.com is a great search tool but call hotels directly to book! Its fairly old looking and when the rooms next door use their water the pipes seem to make loud noises. The blankets were thin and I needed two of them. And there is a little dust here and there but clean for the most part.

Or a bias against a particular kind of food ingredient? Personally I only had a taste and is my usual complaint I found it a little heavy handed on the salt. The mains consisted of flathead fishtails with sumac accompanied by slaw and thin chips. Those that had this thought it was 'perfect' and quite delicious. I had the lamb shank which was beautifully cooked and with a wonderful accompaniment of vegetables including mushrooms, capsicum and eggplant. This was a good meal. Hearty, interesting and equal to any dish in good restaurant city or country Victoria! The chicken Parma was pedestrian at best but filled the gap. The staff were overall friendly, if a little flustered with the various demands and jockeying for prime service position in our group. I would recommend the Gellibrand.
