They worked professionally with the heirs of the estate who had questions and issues with the speed of processing the estate. In the end everything was completed as quickly and professionally as possible and all within the state's requirements. I was very pleased with the work Gino Peluso and his staff completed. If I were to be appointed executor of another estate I would not hesitate to request Gino Peluso's services. I would recommend others to his practice.

We sold the house over 9 months ago and still have not been paid. The money's sitting in an escrow account earning minimal interest. We have lost quite a lot of money by it earning a half a percent interest. The 1st letter they sent to release funds had no amount on it. Stated we were already in receipt of funds, nothing further from the truth. We refused to sign. 2nd letter they had the amount incorrect. There was no 3rd letter because we overpaid, that's right OVERPAID the 4.5% inheritance tax. That was another excuse to hold up funds. They went on vaca 2 weeks in June. Then again, in July. Then we requested a partial distribution. Still crickets. It could take anywhere from 2-12 months for a PA Dept of Revenue refund, which is their excuse as to why they won't release funds.We are going to have to file a petition to distribute with the court. (20 Pa.C.S. § 3381). Now, I have to pay an attorney to file with the court. Would I recommend these clowns, absolutely not. Who needs this on top of a death in the family.

After having an employee try to sue me for a "work injury" and knowing that it was nothing but a way to get money, I went to my lawyer and he was going to charge me close to $1,500 after a few phone calls I was referred to a Mike Tarbuck, within a day he returned my call and I explained to him the case I was having. After all said and done my total fees with photos and everything was only $350 and I used that information in court and won the case. I highly recommend Tarbuck's if you need private investigation, as for me it was a blessing to save the added expense and end up winning the case on the information he got. I don't even think my lawyer would have done such a tremendous job.
