She helped me with certain things that weren't ever related to photography (months) prior to my wedding- like difficult and stressful dress appointments, parts of timeline, hair and makeup worries and we even talked about transportation and marriage license details. She is always checking in and truly wants everything to go as smooth as possible. The day of the wedding she arrived promptly and she was so organized and it made for such a relaxing, enjoyable day. Gabe might be a great repair guy, I have no idea - he's a total flake who seems incapable of…read morecommunicating. He doesn't respond to emails or text messages and doesn't keep regular hours, despite the 10am-6pm that he advertises. I tried months ago to get my MacBook repaired with him. I had an appointment nearby that ended around 10am when his shop supposedly opens (as per advertised hours). When I called to tell him I was on my way, he said he wasn't at the shop and told me he works by appointment only and that he works around whatever his client's hours are... After all that, he agreed to meet me so I could drop the computer off for a diagnostic. After looking at it, he told me I needed to purchase speakers, so I asked if I could have the speakers shipped directly to him. He said yes but that I couldn't have them sent to his shop due to construction. So I asked for an address where I could send them and he never responded. Due to his lack of response, I missed my window to order in time to receive them before Labor Day. I didn't want to be without my computer too long, so I asked if I could come the next day around 9am because I had another appointment in the area. He gave me massive attitude claiming all of a sudden that his hours are 10am-6pm despite having clearly told me before that he works around his clients' hours by appointment. At this point, I was thoroughly confused. I went to pick up my laptop and he met me in the parking lot, shoving it into my hands and practically sprinting back to his car. I asked how I should pay the diagnostic fee ($39) and he said I'd just pay it when I got the repair done. Okay whatever. I didn't have time to deal with the repair until 3 months later, especially since I'm almost never on that side of town. I tried emailing him to make arrangements for the repair again and lo and behold - no response. I'm not dealing with this guy anymore. I'm on vacation this week, so this is likely the only chance I'll have to get this repair taken care of for a good long while. So I just made an appointment with the Genius Bar. Really wish we had better options for Mac repairs around here but what can ya do... At least the Apple store knows how to communicate & makes it easy to make an appointment. Geez.

Recommended by a faith based institutional customer, who was shocked to hear how I was treated, as a senior I was taken back, by his dismissive attitude toward me, as well as my older computer.

The 18-year old behind the counter kept trying to upsell us the Geek Squad 3-year warranty. Um no. It was under the 1-year warranty so I wanted them to run a diagnostic test on it. They called back after a few days and said it was a hardware problem and it's not covered under warranty but if I bought the 3-year Geek Squad thing for $400 they could fix it. For that much I could get another laptop, so no thanks (I only use it for the Internet). Disgusted with Best Buy a computer nerd we know highly recommended Virtual PCS. We took it in, the owner was great and told us so many of his customers come there because they get disgusted with Best Buy and their Nazi upselling tactics. He also told me that a waranty covers hardware and basically Best Buy tells people a load of shit to get them to spend more money. Virtual PCS did a great, quick and professional job. Not to mention an honest job. I had never been to an independently owned computer store before but am so glad I tried them out.

Nothing but great things to say about this guy. Not only does he take great pictures, but he edits and delivers quickly, is extremely professional, and has volunteered his talents for Little Eric's Foundation, a children's cancer charity, for multiple events. One such event, he was actually thanking us for the opportunity because the lighting was challenging and it gave him the opportunity to learn and perfect his craft. Though I hear he mostly does weddings these days, we hired him to photograph our family several years ago. He made everyone feel comfortable, was incredible with the kids, and got some amazing candid shots. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with his product. read more

My firm hired Colbe to do some professional headshots and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. He came out to the office with bags of equipment that took our poorly lit space into good lighting heaven. Colbe was fun and more than accommodating. Not only did he take numerous head shots, but some action shots, created a video GIF, and offered to create a short video ad (which we didn't need at the time). I went to this studio for high school senior photos for my son and I made a bad choice…read more If you are rich and have an unlimited amount of money to spend and do not need to know up front how much your photos will cost - this studio is for you. The photographer will not allow you to be in the studio when your child is photographed. This will result in your receiving proofs of pictures you don't want. The photographer does NOT know how to photograph a competitive swimmer. Actually, I found all of the photography I saw on the walls of other athletes to be of substandard quality too. But you will NOT find one photo of a swimmer with his/her medals around their necks because the photographer doesn't know how to do that. The photographer will not tell you their prices in advance. You will not be given a price sheet. You will not be given any pricing information whatsoever. You better have computer access or a Facebook account because that is what they use for everything! As an added bonus, when you return to view your proofs it will cost you hundreds of dollars to take those proofs home just to look at them with your family. The starting senior package is over $400 and it does not include enough photos for a family. It's such a rip off. I only bought wallets and one 8x10 and it cost me $130. And I did not get the athletic photo we needed of my son with his medals on his chest, so we had to go somewhere else to get that photo taken. I wrote them a letter expressing my disappointment, but never heard from anyone. They don't care. They just smile at everything, all the time, (Remember the movie :The Stepford Wives? - that's what the employees are like!) they don't ask if you're happy with your photos, they just assume you are. It's ridiculous! Do not go here to get your senior photos taken. You will be terribly disappointed. I wish I had never wasted my time there, or my money.
