Listen where to even begin The main guy who teachers…read moreeverybody to do haircuts can't even cut hair himself. I asked for a fade on the side and he didn't even blend in the guidelines. My job starts in 3 days and I look like a raccoon the way u can see every line. Would definitely NOT recommend stay away from the bald guy with glasses. Basically the man instructing them wants everything done himself do NOT go here because u will get a bad men's haircut go to your usual barber trust me.

Finally stopped crying long enough to write this review. My husband helped me take photos of the…read moredamage so you can judge for yourself. I walked in a strawberry blonde and walked out with blotches and stripes of red, green, ash and brown. I have to say the girls were very sweet and worked hard to get it right. The problem was the man instructing them. He handled all the dye mixes. Even when the girls and I knew the process has gone wrong, he kept insisting it was just some red in my scalp. I held up strands of my hair with a red blotch at the root, a streak of bleached blonde, and another of copper, and told him that's not scalp. I should have walked out then. Instead I let him mix up two more batches of dye, one to tone down the red splotches and another to tone down the bleachy streaks. You can see the result. The girl next to me fared no better. She kept saying how bright yellow her hair was and asking if it would darken up. The whole thing was a horrifying experience made worse by the condescending and arrogant instructor. If he had even once acknowledged there was a problem, I would have thought it was a fluke mistake. But he kept saying it was fine and that it would tone down after a couple of washings. The girls in the shop knew better. I had strands of hair with hard verticals stripes of colors not found in nature. There was nothing soft and subtle about it. I knew they felt terrible, but it was really out of their hands. I asked one of them if they would walk in to a job interview with this hair ( I have one scheduled), and she sadly shook her head. I hope my experience helps prevent others from making the same mistake. I was betting on the five star reviews, and learned the hard way. Tomorrow I go to a professional design studio to see if they can do anything to repair the damage.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and it is something that I would recommend. Started…read morecoming here getting my hair done when I did not have a steady hairdresser. For the prices, you get good service. I can't say great, but I do understand that they're learning so I'm not going to knock them. Next, I started to get pedicures. And then graduated to getting my fill ins. Staff and students have always been nice. Expect to stay there longer than a general session somewhere else, because they are students, but for the price you pay, it's worth the bargain.

I'm a current cosmetology student gonna be graduating soon and there's absolutely no way I…read morerecommend the school to anyone. Let me just start by saying that the administrative staff does not care anything about the students. There's several instructors that don't care either and when they find out that you've made a complaint about them, they make fun of you to other people. Miss Martin, Miss Ayesha, Miss Renee are all horrible people. They will walk by you in the hallway and not speak to you. When you ask Miss Ayesha for help, she slams her pin down on the Desk, rolls her eyes and says what do they need? Never walks to the floor to assist. Miss Martin gets in your face and tries to assist, but she doesn't know what's going on. There have been several times that I have ruined a client's hair based on the information that she has given me. Miss Renee is just plain rude and doesn't do anything to improve your experience. We never have enough products even though we pay $21,000 to attend this school. The dispensary is stocked full of junk that we don't even use but the stuff that we need to use we can't get. And now we're being told not to give out a whole cup of shampoo or conditioner when students have clients we're supposed to make the best of what they give us. We have been told that the restrictions on the dispensary now are because of people stealing well, there's cameras everywhere. They never watched the cameras to find out who's doing this, so the rest of us have to suffer. And the client doesn't get the best service that we can give them. I don't understand why they don't get rid of these people that caused so many problems. Well actually, I do. They don't get the money if we don't have student students. The towels are gross. We only wash them for 15 minutes and there's no way that we're cleaning them efficiently in 15 minutes Miss Davis has never stepped her foot on the floor while I've been a student there for a year. I don't even know what she looks like. In the recent days, the bathrooms have been flooding and they are disgusting Every time I have a client, they complain that we don't even have simple hooks at the stations to hang their handbags on or their jackets. We provide services that don't benefit us for our skateboard. And a lot of the service services that we're providing that we shouldn't be providing we've never even been taught how to do them. The dress code is not enforced. Girls come in with skirts on that barely cover up their bottoms. They come in, in racist slur T-shirts. No one gets sent home for any of this. If I had my time to do over, there's absolutely no way I would go to the school. I would drive and go to Paul Mitchell or Keune. Trust me.
