They fully gutted our backyard, leveled out, installed an extensive retaining wall, reinstalled the fence, installed new patio areas and stepping stones, and installed new sod. Diego and his crew worked SO HARD. Our project was done in July 2025 and it was so hot out, but Diego and his guys wanted to finish our project for us before the summer ended. Diego was always communicative, kind, professional, knowledgable, and such a pleasure to work with. He worked with us on our budget, gave us multiple options, and made the best recommendations. When I asked about repairing them, I was told I would need to pay extra labor. About one month later, the picture fell and caused wall damage. I contacted him, but he declined to fix it unless I paid an additional fee. He also cautioned me about leaving a negative review. Based on my experience, I would not hire him again and would not recommend his services.

Miracle workers!! I…read morecannot recommend Backyard Bros enough! They are professional, responsive, efficient, and meticulous. Overall just masters of their craft! My husband and I bought a 125 year old fixer-upper 2 years ago with a small and severely neglected backyard. The before pictures don't show truly how horrifying it was. The yard was uneven, completely overgrown with weeds, broken and mismatched pavers; there was a 4-foot drop-off 6-feet from the back fence with a collapsing retaining wall that only went partially across the property. The drainage on the house was not properly routed which caused water damage in the basement and must have damaged the yard because the previous owners put down a 7x10 foot turf rug in its place. Visually, the yard was an embarrassment. The backyard neighbors even planted pine trees to block their view of our yard before we bought it. More importantly, it was incredibly unsafe. I nearly twisted my ankle just walking out there when we were first looking at the house. I wouldn't even let our dogs go out there, let alone our children. When Jose came for our consultation, he completely understood our vision for the space and talked us through exactly how he would make that a reality. The team just finished the job yesterday and it is even better than we imagined! Our yard is now a beautifully manicured oasis. They did such an incredible job that it looks like it was always well cared for. Looking at the final product, you would never know how much work they put in; truly a flawless job! The team built a beautiful and sturdy retaining wall, backfilled the drop-off, leveled and graded the yard, reinforced the posts and put the fence back up, installed a proper drainage system that routes away from the house, removed several metal chain-link fence posts, laid sod and designed a gorgeous Cambridge paving stone patio. We could not be more thrilled with the job they did. We will eventually updated the front yard and redo the driveway and we greatly look forward to working with Backyard Bros again. CountyWide, I called and was pretty surprised at the quick response , and how fast they came over to quote me on the job. The owner Dan , was so professional and comfortable to talk to and the price was amazing so I let him do it. Well all I can say is it looks amazing!! better than I thought it would and Dan has come by a few times to make sure it's fine. To make matters even better County Wide also does landscaping and snow removal I am now fully signed into them. I can't describe how relaxed it is dealing with Dan an his workers and how nice it is to just deal with one company. I am not one to do reviews etc ..etc but I have to compliment him.
