We even asked how they handle their billing as we never received an invoice. To this day, we have yet to hear back from anyone. He correctly diagnosed the drainage fault with one of our window wells that would collect water & then seep through the window. We now have a new deeper window well and a better landscape gradient so no more issues since. On our other side his team dug down to address cracked drainage pipes, whilst re-sealing the water pipes connecting into the house from the yard. They then discovered the drainage pipes were not connecting properly to the water wells dug into the back yard. Having this work done has ensured our basement has remained water free and it is a weight off my mind when it downpours!
