They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!

There was a severe decline in the quality of the service with spots missed regularly and damage to our children's brand new swingset during service - A complaint they never responded to. There never seemed to be a supervisor on site, as opposed to the previous owner. Our biggest complaint is the billing. Their contracts are extremely opaque and prices climbed significantly from the previous service. Our "last straw" was when they tried to pass along a 55% increase in the cost of our fall cleanup. They tried to bill us for over 90 minutes of time their crew spent in the truck having lunch. Thankfully we were home to witness it.When we questioned it, it took over 3 weeks to get a response that it was a "GPS error" We're "one and done" with Outdoor Digs.
