I purchased an embroidery machine from them, and the whole process has been smooth from the start. Anytime I've needed help, they've been super quick to respond. The training and materials are easy to follow, and they really take the time to walk you through things when you need that extra support. $40,000 uv Printer 2025. They are making bank on the crap equipment by blaming the customer for whatever goes wrong. Which is everything. No customer service, techs have 0 knowledge of anything. Just keep buying new parts that fix none of the issues!! First day the fuses blew, then within first month the fan stops working, then ink splatters, then inks faded( told us it doesn't print bold primary colors) ummmm why the h____ would anyone spend $40,000 on a printer that doesn't print primary colors " as advertised"??? !!!!! Not even a year into this we've used it maybe 12 hrs and its been broke the rest of the time. No one will come look at it. 60 years I may have my first lawsuit happening. read more

Don't Use If You Want To Be Successful Their products are junk. I've had issues with my 12H2 since day one. Six months later I now have a huge list of issues with the printer and shaker/heater. Not to mention, their customer service is horrible. I've been left hanging 3 times now when I was I had to get clothes done for clients and they're MIA. OR if it's a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you don't hear back from them. I had a show to prepare for and my printer stopped working. I worked with their customer service department for 2.5 days trying to figure it out and then On the Friday I was working with him he literally let me go via messaging through their site and out of nowhere said it was the end of the day and he was taking off. Then he was just gone in the middle of trouble shooting. I was instructed to order wrong parts which I have proof of in my email. Zero stars. I have a laundry list of complaints. Be careful buying something here folks, I bought a package of heat press and i650 for a high price. Hasn't had a successful print yet. Won't print white, so nothing will marry correctly. Spent countless hours on the phone, writing emails, troubleshooting, buying endless "let's try this" items, only to have my machine deemed defective after 6 months. You read that right. 6 months+. No customer service in the weekends or evenings. I beat my head on the wall working on a machine that wasn't able to print right now matter what we tried -- and we tried a lot. I wanted my money back, and they said it would be a 30% restocking fee (thousands of dollars), even though they sent me a busted machine. They keep blaming the printing manufacturer acting like their hands are tied with policy. Im out thousands of dollars, almost an entire year of wasted side hustle time, and they think a fair compensation for my time is a credit for some more printer toner, and not making me pay for the crate to return a defective printer to Uninet.....#winning. I bough a sawgrass 1000 and expansion tray. Over 3k cost, the printer came in damaged. I immediately notified coldesi 2nd day if ownership.. took over a month and a bunch of complaining to even get to sawgrass support just to tell be the printer must be defected. Coldesi did not get me any help in a timely manner. They just wanted to sell, sell, sell. After a month of nonsense. Still a broken printer, they will not take the defective machine back and give me a refund. Lots of consumables used just to trouble shoot a damaged printer. Over a month.. they still want me to do business with them.. I think not... beware. read more

Still Negative Stars Please see my previous review for the full details of the situation. Since then, the only positive development has been finally receiving a phone call--5 hours and 21 minutes after submitting a support ticket, which was at 6:45pm. During that call, we identified the issue, and ColDesi attempted to overnight the replacement part. This machine is brand new; we purchased it in January. Had the support team been able to assist us in a timely manner, the part could have shipped out on Thursday. Instead, it was not sent until Friday. While they did attempt to arrange Saturday delivery, the shipment was delayed by UPS. Although the shipping delay is outside of ColDesi's control, had their support been responsive earlier, we likely would have received the part on Friday or Saturday. Now we are hoping for Monday and that part of our business is at a complete standstill for a minimum of 3 business days at this point. Additionally, I emailed upper management on Thursday evening but received no response on Friday. Perhaps someone will contact me on Monday. Update 1:47 4/26 - UPS updated and got the part to us today. Update 8:47am 4/27 - We installed the part they sent to fix the problem. It did not fix the problem. The machine is still not working. We sent this information to them at 7:27pm yesterday that the fix they provided did not work. 4/29/25 - Received a call from David Bokor Operations Exec yesterday. Expressed my concerns and he was not really interested in helping other than to say that they had some extenuating circumstances last Thursday when my machine went down. I explained that I understand those things happen however this is not the first time I have had trouble getting support. He didn't address any previous issues. Just assured me that their best tech, Matt, would have me up and running soon. Matt was scheduled to help install the motor they overnighted that arrived this morning. Apparently someone else got scheduled over me so they assigned another tech. I have had that tech before so I wasn't worried since the techs are always really great. They called 15 minutes after our scheduled time and 5 minutes into the call found out that the tech does not know how to replace the motor. I spoke to David again and he told me that the tech was getting in front of the dryer so that he could make a video to get this done.That was at 11:55am. At 1:29 I received an email on how to prep the motor to install. I am still waiting for the call to actually install the motor. It is now 2:57pm and I have not been able to run my machine since 1:24pm on 4/24/25. 4/29/25 - 6:26pm - Five and a half days later our machine is up and running. One of my customers stopped by asked why there was a motor on the table and in under an hour had it installed. An hour later I received a call that the instructions to install the motor were on their way to me. I still haven't received them. I guess I'll just laugh now. They absolutely do not care about their customers. I still believe their techs are great people who know what they are doing but the executive team is not providing them with the support to support their 51,200+ that have Joined the ColDesi Family. read more

If I can give them 0 stars, I would. Purchased a Mutoh 661 UV Printer. Came on time as expected. However, when we researched Mutoh.com on this machine, we viewed many of their videos and videos on YouTube. We were fascinated with the Lenticular 2.0 this UV Printer can do. Here' the catch !! Coldesi sold us this unit, but only with their software. Their software cannot do these kinds of prints. Their software is NOT original Mutoh software. We talked with Mutoh.com and other Mutoh distributors. They all sell this printer with the genuine Mutoh software. We called Coldesi up and asked to replace this generic software with the original. They agreed, but only after we spend another $1200 - $2200. Spend 29K on this machine and to only receive generic software which is limited to what we can print. For the 29K we spent, they should of advised us on the software and made us aware it's not genuine Mutoh software. Now we're stuck having to spend more money on purchasing the genuine software, that should have came with the machine in the first place. As for the machine, it works great. But again we're limited to the kind of prints we can print with Coldesi generic software. Stay away and go with another distributor that can accommodate the genuine software read more

Horrible customer service, I brought a gang sheet that was supposed to come with 10 transfer 10x9.75 when I finally got my order in a box approximately 3ft long to only receive one single transfer inside which was a insult considering the price I paid, I immediately reached out to no avail, emailed them as well which I have not received a reply as of yet, I was so excited to try out the product to look into purchasing a unit for my business, what an shame, definitely will not be recommending their business to any one. read more

White toner DTF does not work from day one. They blame it on the user and or other equipment saying the heat press from Stahls isnt working properly. Stahls sent me sample to try with DTF and they work just fine. No customer service and no help on it at all. read more

One of the worst companies to buy any type of printing machines from. I bought a DTG M2 from them. It worked great for 1 year. After that it had many issues, which were not caused by me. The drainage tube cracked multiple times and you have to replace the entire part, not just a tube. Electrical problems would make the printer print random white lines all over the fabric, ruining it. Tech support blames everything on you, they take no responsibility for selling you a piece of garbage. Go to All American Print Supply instead. read more

I bought a 24H2 DTF machine almost two years ago. I will say when it's printing, it prints beautifully but when it goes down, it goes down and snowballs into a 2 week struggle to get it up and running again. The reason for the 1 star review is the ColDesi "tech" department. I have had such bad experiences with their tech department that I would rather chew on tin foil that turn in a ticket. It all started two weeks ago. My white print head was drying up. After some examination of the machine, I figured out that the ink pump was not working. I happened to have one on hand so I replaced it. Went through the whole cleaning process of the head, wet capped it over night, blah blah blah everything they tell you to do on their videos on the trouble shooting guide. Would not give me a clean print. So against my better judgement and past experiences, I knew I had to remove it and flush it. Removed it, flushed it, did all the things they tell you to do in their videos... put it back on the machine and not only would the white head not print but the color head wouldn't print either. No apparent reason, just wouldn't print. Anyway, I won't go into great detail about what happened next but like I said, when it snowballs it's out of control. I turned in a ticket. John called and tried to help. We decided to replace the headboard, and mainboard. Headboard was out of stock. (what??) I had an old one that I had replaced that didn't need to be replaced so all is good. Still won't print. So here's the funny part (not really funny but...) I ordered a new printhead from a different company at $500 less that what they sell the same part for. Long story short, they sent me an email saying that they would not provide any more tech support because I purchased a part from a third party. FYI, this is a readily available Epson printer part that is used on many many many models of printers. Same part, same factory that they get theirs from. Internally, their printer is an Epson printer. They use Epson parts. So, here I sit with a $30k machine that won't print because they're pissy I bought a part from someone else. Pretty poor customer service, terrible tech service. So, I have another part ordered for $500 less that what they sell them for from the same company that helped me before. Aannnddd.... I'm buying a new machine from the other company and I will switch ALL of the products that I use from ColDesi to other company. I spend a substantial amount of money on inks and film every month through ColDesi. Not a hill I would choose to die on, but ColDesi chose it. So, run, run far away from this place. If you're looking for a DTF printer steer, clear of ColDesi. There are better machines and there has to be better customer service elsewhere! read more

I would never recommend ColDesi. While the product is great when it works, their tech support/customer service is absolutely terrible. We have a 9 month old $36,000 iUV 600s. Something must have not been installed correctly during installation because one day THREE print cables sprung loose during a job. Three at once! These cables should not have done that. White ink gets everywhere. And this makes the machine not work. This was Sunday, May 27th. So my husband puts in a "ticket" to have someone call/email. You know, since you can't just call on a weekday, and speak to someone. We cross our fingers, and pray they call us ASAP Tuesday morning since that Monday was Memorial Day. They suggest doing this, and that. They tell us warranty is no good because there was an "ink spill." Y'all, this was not just any ink spill. Three cables sprung loose, and everyone we have spoken to at ColDesi says this shouldn't have happened. Yet, it's not covered under warranty. They tell us we have to pay $1000 for a part. We pay over $100 to get it next day air. We are a small mom and pop shop, and this is a vital machine to our business. We have multiple orders in house, including orders we have already purchased supplies for! So, this piece doesn't fix the problem. Here we go back and forth trying this and that to see if it's anything else. In the meantime, we are eating the cost of the supplies we purchased for open orders, and having to outsource the jobs! Here we are, well into week three of not being able to use a vital machine, and they tell us that it looks like we have to pay $2400 for a print head. And when asked if we could have a Net 30 on this piece, they tell us no, that they cannot do that. Not only are we going to be paying a total of $3400 on parts NOT covered by warranty, we are also out the cost of supplies, we are out on the many we are having to pay other companies to get the jobs done, and we are having to turn away business because our UV printer has been out of commission for 2.5 weeks. We have been a single family owned business for over 40 years, and we will make sure that our business associates know how terrible the service is with ColDesi. My brother-in-law was thinking of purchasing a UV printer since he used ours often, and has since decided against it as it is absolutely not worth the troubles. But I told him, it's a great addition to the business, and he should definitely look elsewhere. read more

I have 3 new 1501c embroidery machines, one has been down waiting for a warranty part, a trim position sensor since 1 July, 31 days now. I also purchased an extra sensor. They originally shipped the wrong parts. A few days later I received the correct parts, however, they were both used parts salvaged from other equipment with damaged wiring and cracked cases. I'm currently waiting to see if I'm going to get screwed on this or if they are going to do the right thing. I called and was delightfully greeted by a Ms. Sari Conway. She was eager to help in search and not only emailed me the link to the support page that had far more than needs, and very grateful I did now. Not only did Ms. Conway send me the link to the page, she also enrolled me in an instructional class, which, in my opinion, is far and above the call of duty. Our company purchased a spangle elite and a digital heat fx ,when we made the purchase they failed to tell us that they couldn't deliver the machine for 8 weeks and that we would still pay even without the product, then the machine came they left it outside my house in the pouring rain I'm sorry but didn't I just pay 10 grand for that!!! broke and that took another month and a half to resolve and get another ! They sure don't offer to compensate for a machine we didn't have and couldn't use nothing has been right with this company ! Arranged to have Mike Angel have a phone conference with us twice So we could go over him helping build our buisness and that ended up with us sitting on one end of the computer waiting as he never came !!
