I sent the file via an email with all the instructions... single-sided, cardstock, lamination, and a few cuts... one copy. He printed it on economy paper and handed to me what looked like the last run before needing an ink replacement. He said, "Is this good enough or did you want me to print it more clear?" I kept my composure but inside was like, "Are you freakin' kidding me?" I asked if he read the email and he did not, so I gave him the update and he went through the motions. He didn't cut the paper, and instead directed me to the cutting board. All said and done, 2 pages was around $9, so rest-assured, I will not be back. I still have to go home to cut the labels.
