Having only lived in a home for the past 17 years, navigating the mobile home market can be challenging. Dani made this so much easier for me. I was under an incredible amount of stress because I was selling my home in Orlando and moving to Vero Beach. I am disabled and a widow. Thank God for Dani. She was unfortunately dealing with a difficult seller and a very stressed out buyer. I had some unusual situations on my end because I was selling my home in Apopka and I was downsizing from a 2000 square-foot home to a 1500 square-foot home. I also had a brother in Fort Lauderdale, who wanted to be involved in the process. Although, Dani was not my agent, her and her associate, Shari, really went above and beyond to help me not only get through this process, but to make sure I got the help and support I needed to make this transition. It really helped that Dani lived right in the community. She sent me links to all the different sites I needed to set things up down here. She also measured all the rooms for me, took extra pictures, and did multiple showings for me and my brother. However, what is even more important, was how much time and energy she put into trying to insure that the house was completely ready for me when I moved in. She met me at the Home on the closing day, we discussed everything that was going to happen and then I followed her to her office. I was really surprised at how simple the closing was, even though Dani had told me it would be. I appreciate that all the paperwork, like the title and tags, were taken care of by Four Star's. Over the last 12 years we bought and sold multiple properties from South Florida to the Treasure Coast and Megan was by far the best title company we've ever dealt with. Its typically a challenge to have prompt communication with title companies which as many of you know, just causes unnecessary stress during an already stressful time. But knowing that we were clearly not the only closing happening for the week we would just sort of roll with the continual poor communication; but truth be told, we never like or understood it! To me it seems like a common business courtesy to respond in the same 24 hours but often this never happened. Until we had a recent closing with Megan! She was fantastic through the whole process, very reachable and often proactive about issues. It made the whole experience so much better!
