Jeffrey Custis was recommended to me by FastExpert.com. I called and him and told him what I was looking for. After 5 days of not hearing from him, I sent him an email shoutout, asking him why he hasn't sent me any listings to look at. He responded by stating he would give me access to his MLS listings that I could look thru and then give him a call when I see something I like. In other words, he was telling me that I should do the legwork of finding the property, even though he would receive the sales commission. I really don't understand the mentality of some of these realtors. They want to do very minimal work for their commissions! It's so very sad. There is an agent's name Sigfredo, he is the worest agent i have ever meet, he is not responsible and dishonnest, never have him to be your agent, if you come up something with the landlord, he will not help you at all, all he do is push you away, let yourself to deal with the probelm. read more
