The law allows them to give a 30 day notice to the tenant or a 7 day notice to move out so that shows that this company doesn't give a DAMN about its clients. They could of easily told her 30 days in advance so she has more time to look for a new place and come up with the money to pay first and last months rent. Plus with covid-19 she has been out of work and barely went back since stores were allowed to open. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere that actually cares about its clients. Ms. Korn turned my move out over to her son who kept promising that I would receive my deposit money back since March 26th when I had to move out to go to a high government assignment. He lied to me all the way through this process. There was nothing wrong with the apartment when I left. I have photos and a few unrelated witnesses who are willing to come forth in court. I am seriously dissappointed and will be contacting my former base as to not allowing any one to rent anything with Kathy Corn's name on it. It is my responsibility to protect my military community from this crime.
