The law allows them to give a 30 day notice to the tenant or a 7 day notice to move out so that shows that this company doesn't give a DAMN about its clients. They could of easily told her 30 days in advance so she has more time to look for a new place and come up with the money to pay first and last months rent. Plus with covid-19 she has been out of work and barely went back since stores were allowed to open. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere that actually cares about its clients. Ms. Korn turned my move out over to her son who kept promising that I would receive my deposit money back since March 26th when I had to move out to go to a high government assignment. He lied to me all the way through this process. There was nothing wrong with the apartment when I left. I have photos and a few unrelated witnesses who are willing to come forth in court. I am seriously dissappointed and will be contacting my former base as to not allowing any one to rent anything with Kathy Corn's name on it.
