This company has some really incompetent agents. We hire them and the agent Brittany Downs together with Liza Mullins, lack communication, which caused us to lose an accepted offer on a cash purchase for a house in Brokenarrow Tulsa, Oklahoma. To begin, Brittany Downs was most of the time too busy to pick up our calls. We kept inquiring about paperwork from the bank to sign and she will always assure us that everything was ok and that she would tell us what to do next. On the day of what was supposed to be our closing she texted me stating that she forgot to have us sign the paperwork for the bank, thus causing our contract to be canceled. In the meantime, Liza Mullins had all our information to where she could have alerted us of paperwork that needed to be signed but did not. 6 weeks later were lost our accepted offer, we are out 1400 dollars in expenses. And still waiting for our deposit to be refunded. Very unethical working style, misrepresentation, and overall incompetent agents. read more

Pros: After working with another agent for 6+ months to find a starter home, we switched to a different real estate service. Bought our home from Casey Kim (based at this Midtown location). He was incredibly pt with us and always available. Once we selected a home, he worked diligently to get the sale through. A year later, I'm still very happy with the house and think we got a great deal. Cons: none I can think of, We'll be using Casey to sell our house when we're ready to move on. read more
