I was living in Los Angeles and planning a move to Tulsa. I had never been to Tulsa but had decided (for a number of reasons) that this was where I wanted to live. I planned on buying a house here and for that, I needed a realtor. I found Steve on the internet. I have bought three houses and sold two so I know a few things about real estate and real estate agents. It didn't take long for me to realize that Steve knew his stuff. He was very familiar with the area, understood what I was looking for and hit the ground running. My plans had been to fly out here and look at houses but plans have a way of changing and I wound up not doing that. Instead, Steve pulled the listings and sent them to me, I picked those houses that looked promising and Steve did the foot work. He drove to each and every one and sent me pictures. We eventually settled on a house and I could not be happier. I bought the house without ever seeing it in person. Based solely on Steve's recommendation (as well as that of the building inspector), I hired a moving company, put the cat in the car and drove to my new home. I never could have done this without working with someone I knew I could trust completely and that was Steve. He is honest, dedicated and tireless in his workings. I cannot give praise high enough for the work this man did and I am truly happy that I found him. I am now fully moved in and loving life in my new home. This company has some really incompetent agents. We hire them and the agent Brittany Downs together…read morewith Liza Mullins, lack communication, which caused us to lose an accepted offer on a cash purchase for a house in Brokenarrow Tulsa, Oklahoma. To begin, Brittany Downs was most of the time too busy to pick up our calls. We kept inquiring about paperwork from the bank to sign and she will always assure us that everything was ok and that she would tell us what to do next. On the day of what was supposed to be our closing she texted me stating that she forgot to have us sign the paperwork for the bank, thus causing our contract to be canceled. In the meantime, Liza Mullins had all our information to where she could have alerted us of paperwork that needed to be signed but did not. 6 weeks later were lost our accepted offer, we are out 1400 dollars in expenses. And still waiting for our deposit to be refunded. Very unethical working style, misrepresentation, and overall incompetent agents.

Let me start by saying this is not your typical review because my purchase was not typical at all…read moreand neither are this amazing team. I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.
