Over the years it takes them weeks just for a acknowledgment of request, and they only acknowledge usually once I follow up. It's gotten to the point that for simple things I just handle it myself even though I pay a premium in rent. Most recently I contacted them on 12/16/20 to report my heater is not working. No call or followup. I waited 10 days and sent a follow up request, still no response. I finally texted Eldred and he replied saying someone will reach out. Funny thing is they always say the contractor had trouble getting a hold of me, I run 1/2 my business from my phone so I always check my voicemails and missed calls. No one reached out. Eldred finally replied saying a contractor had a issue with not having proper insurance and that is the delay. Since then 2 more weeks have gone by. It's now been 5 weeks and I still have not had anyone come fix the issue. I have communicated at-least 4 times. Most recently they stopped answering or returning calls. Eldred stopped replying to my text over a week ago. Completely unprofessional. I even found a insured contractor and still no response from them. I only wish there was a way to report this to the landlord so they can know how poor property management is being offered to their tenants. I even messaged last week and said I would be leaving a review if my problem wasn't resolved and guess what? No response or call back. I messaged and called. If you're looking to rent a place and the landlord has made the mistake of hiring this group of incompetent individuals I would pass and look for other options. I wish I didn't have to leave this review but they have not left me any other choice.
