This store part of Toronto Premium Outlets, which recently opened up in Milton off of highway 401. Being a shoe shop it had variety and stock by the style wasn't for me. There were some decent sales as being an outlet mall. They also carry purses in the store. Don't worry about parking as there is plenty. read more

Cole Haan - Accessories Near Me - Halton Hills, Ontario

While outlet stores generally fail to live up to their hype, this Cole Haan location is a stud! The selection of shoes is generally fantastic and plentiful, with very reasonable pricing to boot. The problem I usually have with outlet/factory stores is the fact their merchandise is made specifically for this purpose - which translates into huge sacrifices in quality and design, for comparatively little in savings. You will seldom, if ever, find Banana Republic, J. Crew, or Coach's "regular" merchandise at their outlets. Nearly all of what's at their outlet, was made for their outlet. While I cannot claim with certainty that Cole Haan does not engage in this practice, I find my purchases from this outlet store to be great quality for the price. They have, thus far (fingers crossed...), stood the test of time. The fact that styles in this store can actually be found on Cole Haan's official website, eases my nerves just a little more... but, I digress. Customer service at this location can range from absolutely fantastic, to just average. I was served by a very enthusiastic sales representative on my first visit, who made sure everything went right. And it was a busy day too, so kudos to him. His name eludes me at this point, which is unfortunate. But he left a little post-it note on my shoe box that said "Xenos --- Cool Guy", and I love associates who show a personal touch. I swear my bias doesn't originate from being complimented... I now buy the vast majority of my shoes from this Cole Haan outlet, simply because it offers the most bang for my buck. Cole Haan is a huge step up from most mass-market shoe stores - both design and quality wise. Sure you're not getting Alden or Allen Edmonds quality, but that's to be expected. As a university student on a budget, this is a fantastic compromise. Their leathers are nice, and the welts surely aren't coming apart after just two seasons. Perhaps most importantly, Cole Haans are comfy to my feet! Many of the shoes at this location can be had for between $80 and $150, and are well worth the investment! read more

2.5* I found this location a bit disorganised, especially towards the back of the store, re: where the true discounts are to be found! Front-end of the store had all the price signs up, but unfortunately, towards the back, signage was lacking. There were stacks of boots, in a coupla styles, that had absolutely NO PRICE SIGN. I had to ask a salesperson. And in the clearance section, there were also boxes of single pairs that also lacked price sticker. I'd say the average cost for a pair of office shoes is ~$100. read more

Excellent store for price and selection. Cole Haan is great quality for starters, this store is true to the company's brand and the service, price and selection were excellent. Special shoutout to Jathane, who served us and went "above and beyond" in making us feel we had an outstanding Outlet experience. Definitely a destination in the Halton Hills read more

Very disorganized! Staff all over the place. Beautiful shoes, customer service needs help.

I have been lusting after Cole Haan shoes for years - my husband and I went in during their "Black Friday" sale - 60% off sounded amazing - I figured there was a catch (like 60% off this one awful thing) but no staff repeatedly said 60% off everything in store. Signs said 60% off. I picked out several pairs of pumps - all were priced at $100 - with a sign posted right in front of them that said 60% off (again seemed hard to believe I confirmed this again with an employee), my husband also picked out shoes - yet when we went to pay the bill was far higher than I expected, 60% higher - so I asked "is it not 60% off" the woman said "yes the prices are as marked". What? So the $500 purse I was looking at had orginally been $1,250? Interestingly not a single purse on their non-outlet website is that expensive - so I have a great deal of difficulty believing prior to the 60% "sale" it was $1,250 in the outlet store. Which makes me question, in general, was there actually a sale going on or were those just their prices with 60% off signs up to make customers think the prices were lower than usual. Admittedly, knowing the price of Cole Haan shoes, even at $100 mark I would have likely bought them (maybe not as many pair as I planned) but it just felt very schemey to me, so I decided I'd rather spend my money at stores that truly offered what they advertised (like Kate Spade, Saucony, Columbia, Reebok etc.). And here's the thing - it put a bad taste in my mouth towards the company in general - I can officially say my Cole Haan lust is over. read more
