They are great, and, perhaps I am only being asked much less than others are paying... but this fire line stuff... really. Many farmers Agents don't even get renewal bonuses so the business model needs some work. Pay for years on time and never have a claim, vanishing deductible is also a joke.

Whole story: I was trying to call about a letter I got in the mail, and what it was all about. First time I called the office, a lady whose name I can't remember answered, and was practically demanding information from me in a rude tone. I said I'd call back to try and figure it out on my own, as I was having a hard time wanting to talk with her. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure the letter out, I called again, and got Mike this time. He was able to help me address what the letter was about, and said he was going to have to call the Underwriting Office to fix some information, and said he would call back. What really got me frustrated was when he called back. He called me back, and said that since my policy was cancelled, and that I can't reinstate it (which I never requested in the first place) because my wife "chose not to pay her ticket." I told him that we haven't been able to, and he says "well that's the same thing." Near the end of the call, he says "you know what you must do" in, again, a rude tone, and said "sorry that you were dragged into this mess," while my wife was on the line. His tone of voice and attitude towards the end of the call was a breaking point for me, and I refuse to deal with Mike ever again if I ever switch back to State Farm. I never had an issue with a State Farm agent in the past, so don't take this as State Farm as a whole, but this office in particular.
