Recently one policy needs to renew on Jan.21, I called Natalie on Jan.10 and requested to review the policy to see if I could get the cost down with the HOA coverage, she promised to reply on Jan.14. On 15th, I called the office, the girl said she would pass the massage to Natalie, I got no answer; I called on Wednesday, the girl said to me Natalie was working on it, she would call me later the day, I got no call. Today I called the office, a nice man, his name is David, would pass the message to Natalie and he is willing to help me I guess if Natalie lets him. After researching insurance, I think the underwriters in Zurich (yes Europe) are charging more money even for low risk customers. Please note that this review is not about the agency or the staff. They are great, and, perhaps I am only being asked much less than others are paying... but this fire line stuff... really. Many farmers Agents don't even get renewal bonuses so the business model needs some work. Pay for years on time and never have a claim, vanishing deductible is also a joke.
