Wow where do I start, first of all the office is never open to take your calls. Always had to leave messages. Then if you ever file a claim look out she will throw you under the bus literally and I mean literally she will sea wash you where she will file more than one claim on the same item trust me I can vouch for that. I had water in my garage ceiling so I filed a claim she put 2 claims on the same item and when I called her about it she turned her back and said I'm just an agent I have no pull . I said your supposed to protect me ,she replied sorry so I was let go from state farm . She had the respect to tell me on our last conversation good luck finding home insurance. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! This "agent" and her office staff are rude and almost incompetent. They lose information, forget to add new vehicles to your policy weekly, can't notify you when there is an issue and must have an inability to return phone calls. I've tried calling to add a travel trailer to our policy and after 3 weeks, no return call. The office staff can't seem to follow simple instructions. Don't even get me started on questions. They can't answer simple questions without having to call you back after they find the answer. If there's one thing you do, it's skip Heidi and her office staff. I wish no stars were an options, because this agent is horrible!!!! read more

I hope nobody else has the misfortune of going through this extremely rude woman for ANYTHING. Unless you want to be belittled and treated like an inconvenience don't come here! Go to Prescott valley State Farm! Much nicer office (with working air conditioner) and people are very nice and helpful! Heidi not only tried to rip my mom off (apparently because she wouldn't make enough off my moms 1997 Elantra car insurance) she insulted her right in front of me when my mom dared to question this new doubled rate from the last time she had insurance saying, "I don't know if you watch the news but insurance rates have gone up considerably." I now know that was a lie because we were able to get my mom MUCH better coverage for that same price. Not only that but she threw a fit over her slow (probably old) computer right across the desk from us screaming "COME ON COME ON COME ON!!!!" Like a child. (This is a 65 yo woman mind you) all of this after she left us sitting in the front room waiting and feeling unwelcome. I can't imagine this woman gets many repeat customers. Please save your time and go to Kyle and Prescott valley State Farm. Hope this stops her from doing this to anyone else's mom. She needs a lesson in customer service and humility. This woman does not care about her clients. She will not help you when you need her, she is next to impossible to reach, and if you have her as an agent just pray nothing ever goes wrong because you will get the run around from her. Her office staff is not trained well, and they can't seem to answer simple questions. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I have been with State Farm for years, and still she did nothing to try to help us with our claim. Big thumbs down for Heidy and her office. read more
