He works with you closely, is always responsive (even gives you his cell phone number!), will meet you at your request and in a timely manner in his office or via telephone conference. He explains everything in detail, but in easy-to-understand terminology. I got his name as a personal referral from a friend for whom he negotiated a large settlement in a complicated case. For me, my bad choice in the first firm I chose negatively effected my settlement, in my opinion. But Mr. Miller was still able to quickly get me out of the horror of the work comp system and get me am acceptable monetary award that will allow me to move on with getting better treatment for a fairly severe back injury on my own. I sincerely believe if I had contacted him first I would have received better care or a larger award.
