If you want to avoid probate, red tape and legal hoops involved with a loved one's death, this is the estate law office I highly recommend to help you through it all! Even though I thought that after my mom's passing, my sister and I had finally dealt with all of the headaches that were involved with my mom's lack of an official will & trust and beneficiaries, one more obscure investment plan raised it's head above the ashes. It was a very small account, but the company was very strict about how it had to be handled. They required multiple steps to be completed via the filing of several documents, my mom's death certificate, and the completion of a small estate affidavit. Needless to say, this required the help of an estate lawyer. That's when I realized that I already have my own personal lawyer just a phone call away! After corresponding by email and getting things prepared in advance, my family and I went to our appointment to meet with associate attorney: Lilit Minasyan. It was nice to meet her again since my last visit about 4 years ago.
