He remembers each patient and little things about you and your family. They just don't make them like him anymore. As a personal note, never give up on a chiropractor after one visit of you're still in pain. Sometimes it takes several visits. I have chronic back issues and sometimes it may take 3 visits to get me 100%.

They convinced me to sign up boasting their national chain of Joint Clinics. Given that I lived about 25 mins from another sister clinic, I agreed to sign up. I LOVE the care I get at ALL Joint Chiropractic Clinics. One of their Doctors gave me amazing treatment here. I have zero issues with the type of care provided. As with many people, I also faced economic difficulties. I have verbally told staff at The Joint Gonzales that I was falling behind due to trying to keep up with expenses, etc. I was explained by their staff on the phone recently that the $69 per month - even though I was behind since January 2024, the membership (covers 4 visits per monthly cycle) fees are "accruing" and despite explaining to the young lady that I was going to a job promotion next month that would afford more income making it easier to come back, she was telling me "to come back you have to back pay all the months you missed and you don't get the past visits from those bill cycles don't roll over either." I knew I forfeited the missed months visits but not they are punishing myself, an American with more than one disability, just trying to make it in life and this clinic is NOT customer-service centric. Despite asking more than once for a manager to call me, I never get ANY communication back, making me feel like they are dodging me. The Joint Clinic near my home is more compassionate than this one and I know they wouldn't treat me like this. I knew I should have signed up at my local Joint Clinic instead of giving my hard earned money at this location. From a care standpoint - The Joint Chiropractic Clinic Gonzales is amazing. I am disappointed in their billing practices and the lack of response from the management of this franchised clinic. I would not recommend signing up for a membership at this location as I feel they will take advantage of economically challenged patients. I came to The Joint because of the perception that they would make AFFORDABLE chiropractic care BE FINANCIALLY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL. This left a sour taste in my mouth and the fact that they blame me for not "showing in person" to freeze and/or cancel my account despite living over 60 miles, over an hour away - I am disgusted with this clinic's ethics and billing practices. Such a shame to mistreat a member that faithfully utilized their services.

I kept hearing references to a female doctor and thought nothing of it assuming someone joined the office. At 2:50 the receptionist brought me another document to fill out that was the same exact information I had already answered. I then inquired if Dr. Gray was there to which I was told no. I told them I made an appointment to see Dr. Gray, not anyone else whome I had never met. The receptionist replied ok then have a nice day. I never had an issue before today. I will be going somewhere else that can communicate better and treat patients the way I had become accustomed. I would NOT recommend going to Geauxchiro in Gonzales based on the new staffing changes. The old staff was much more professional, helpful and courteous. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would!
