It is a very relaxed place where you feel comfortable asking questions and you always receive great and helpful information in return! While it is a relaxed and comfortable environment, it is by no means relaxed during the workouts!!! The trainers are amazing when it comes to motivating you to get through a workout and do your best. I can't wait to do my next 6 week challenge with them. Throughout my first two 6 week challenges, I lost 60 pounds and 22.3 inches and I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without this gym!

I'd had them a few years ago from another place so I knew they work for energy. Fast forward to me deciding to give the weight loss program a try. I was UBER excited to see how it would work. I went for the initial class/orientation which was okay, no ground breaking info received but it was informative. Then I waited to see the dr. She asked a couple of questions about my goals, told me she was writing my rx & that was it. I'm a little like wth but thinking maybe it gets more involved as I progress. Oh, I did do the weigh-in/body analysis which was done by the lady that conducted the orientation & they scheduled my refill appt. I receive my rx about 2wks or so later. When it was time for my refill appt, I had only just taken my 2nd dose like the day before. I do my weigh-in & body anaylsis and again am taken to the dr. He doesn't ask any questions but tells me he's doubling my dosage. Considering I've only had 2 so far which isn't enough time to know anything, I was a bit surprised & asked him why he was doubling the dosage. His response???? "Because we can." TF??!! Then when I look at the receipt, it's $160 to see the "doctor". $160 for what exactly??!!! That's like 60% of the total cost. Idk yet if the meds will help me see a difference (in addition to eating better & exercise) but I do know I won't be giving them any more of my money.
